I have been using them for a few years now - their service has always been excellent, and all of their engineers have treated me with respect. They have been there for me for emergency situations, they came out promptly last Christmas when I had a boiler leak, and a recent visit from Daniel (Ground) to detect a leak has confirmed to me that this will always be my "go-to" plumbing and heating company. Daniel was polite and respectful and found the source of the problem efficiently. He took off his boots before coming into my flat, and listened to my concerns. “Saw my cat as an emergency (when I phoned 3 other places including my own vets my family and I have used for 20 years) The vet went above and beyond, knew exactly what my cat needed and got the job done!! Very fairly priced! Even though it’s not an ideal location RE parking I will now be returning for all routine appointments and have recommended this practice to friends and family. I also thought the receptionist was very warm, friendly and ensured my cat was seen to! One very happy cat and owner!”

“This little gem was an amazing find Hosted a Baby Shower here on Saturday and cannot express how accommodating The staff were. Dan was very flexible and encouraged us to decorate, provide a playlist that he played through the function room sound system, he allowed us to go in early before the booking to decorate too. There is plenty room for a sit down occasion or a full disco/dj party. A back door leads out to the garden and a separate area too. The room has plenty of sockets and a bar, buffet food is an option too. Had an amazing time and everyone complimented on the venue and how quaint, country-feel yet quirky it was. Perfect, Thank you !”

“Great venue in a large "wedding tent" a tad cold, but good sound from the stage. The toilets are clean. Beer options are totally acceptable but not for me as driving.”

“One of the best Chinese restaurants in Orpington. We ordered Tofu, and it was delicious, literally melting. The Pork and Chicken was really nice, it was recommended by the staff. The staff is really friendly. A reasonably priced restaurant must visit.”
