Terrible service from the competitor, and we were locked in for 12 weeks. We noticed that Hunters were selling lots of houses locally, so switched to them as soon as we could, and we were certainly not disappointed – we accepted an offer within two weeks of switching to Hunters, and received an excellent service from the team throughout. “Always fit you in, no matter how busy they are but some of the technicians are better than others and when they rush it the quality is somewhat compromised. All in all its good for the price, some technicians are nicer than others but nobody is unfriendly. I have regular SNS manicures here and the occasional gel pedicure.”

“We hosted our daughter’s 1st Birthday party in the Star’s private function room (a beautiful room). Elle did a fantastic job and ensured that the day ran smoothly! I had a lot of specific asks and requests and Elle did a great job in fulfilling them. Communication from booking to the event itself was great. On the day Elle pre-empted all our needs, the chef was great, food was lovely and the service from the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back for the next big celebration!”
