The food portions are generous and great value for the price. William made sure our meal went well and was enjoyable. The owner was also very kind and entertaining. “I love this place. The food is just great pizza. For banging price. You don’t find this especially in this part of london no more. I almost cried. I got the margherita pizza for just under 6 quid. All pizzas are stone baked to perfection, thin crust just the way i like it. It’s simple. I loved the vibe too. I don’t think there is a single fault. See the photo for proof of how much i loved it”

“The pizza is incredible here. I came from the recommendation of multiple friends and it did not disappoint. We had the wild garlic arancini from their specials menu and that was also fantastic. A separate time however I tried the mushroom arancini and that was just alright, wasn't my favourite. The pizza is always fantastic”

“We had a superb dinner at Madre Pinzeria. Lasagna was one of the best we had in London (I am Italian so I'm quite familiar with this dish) and Tiramisù for dessert. The Tiramisù was fresh and a splendid end of a dinner in a cozy environment. Staff attentive and we were pleased to speak with the chef. We will be back!”

“Tried this place again as first time when it opened I was a little disappointed with the miso soup and gunkan which I found to be too salty and flavourless. This did not disappoint this time, the bubble tea was refreshing (ordered with less ice and less sugar), the food was delicious and decent portion sizes. Could pick up wasabi, pickled ginger and soy sauce for free as additions. Very friendly customer service, patient and helpful with all my questions and changing my mind. I plan to return here again, lovely place!”

“New Malden is truly a haven for Korean food lovers!Wandering into this unassuming restaurant turned out to be a delightful surprise. Spicy Stir-fried Squid and Pork The squid was wonderfully springy, and the accompanying vegetables were full of flavor. But the real star was the pork — fully marinated and flavoured, packed with heat, and incredibly fragrant. A perfect balance of spicy and savory! Kimchi Pork Tofu Stew Classic dishes are always the best test of a kitchen’s skill, and this one passed with flying colors. The stew arrived bubbling hot, with a strong, appetizing aroma of fermented kimchi. Just one spoonful of the tangy, spicy broth was enough to awaken the appetite. The tofu was soft, silky, and generously portioned — a hearty and comforting dish that really satisfies. Side Dishes The complimentary kimchi was crisp and flavorful — exactly as it should be. The bean sprouts, though a bit mild in taste, would’ve been perfect with a touch of sesame oil for added depth. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“My girlfriend and I went to 'Wow Simply Japanese' tonight. It was simply incredible. Such a loverly hostess and amazing food! Honestly, the best supirse was the value for money with exceptional quality, and the range of options available was amazing! Will definitely be bringing friends and family here in future! “Good atmosphere and excellent service welcomed us to this small place. We tried most of the dishes offered on the concise menu. The wait wasn't long, the dishes arrived gradually and we were given the opportunity to taste all the courses in due time. Excellent presentation of the food, excellent quality of the products, different dishes with varied, distinct and surprising tastes. From the photos you can see the beauty of the food and at the same time you will understand that it will be good to the palate. This is one of my favorite restaurants. I advise you to go on foot, if you go by car you will have some problems with parking, I found a really expensive paid one, 3.75 per hour, or go in the evening after 6.30pm.”

“Great selection, and having ordered multiple times, I can say that the food is always very good in terms of quality, quantity and value for money. Friendly delivery people too. Only issue I have had (and not just once) is with the timed order function on the website. On one occasion, it arrived 90 minutes early and I had to send it back - we simply weren’t ready because we were in the middle of some DIY (which is why I ordered it for a set time). It’s happened since, albeit not with such an extreme difference between the time for which I requested delivery and the time food arrived. I’ve defaulted to just ordering later in the evening so that the delivery time is broadly the one I’d have chosen if the timed order function could be relied on. Like I say, that is the only gripe - just something of which to be aware if you’re someone that likes to place timed orders.”

“My husband and I (and child) are just home from a delicious meal at Piazza Firenze in Hampton Hill. We have been coming here for years, and requested our favourite dishes. Even though they aren't on the menu anymore the chefs were so accommodating. My husband ordered a fillet steak, with peppercorn sauce - it was outstanding! My pasta (also from the old menu - beef tagliatelle) was wonderful. Last time we came in, we were told by another chef on duty, that it wasn't possible to order from the old menu. Tonight though, they pulled it out of the bag!!! Thank you so much! The waitress also deserves a mention. She was very attentive and professional - asking us several times how things were. There was also a lovely feeling in the restaurant tonight, and a nice warm atmosphere. A perfect Sunday night! Thank you Piazza Firenze - see you again soon!”

“Charming restaurant less than 5 mins from Surbiton Rail station and opposite Sainsbury’s. The old Post Office building has been repurposed as a restaurant, fitted out in a sustainable way with genuine Turkish designs and materials. My server had a Masters in restaurant design so was knowledgeable and happy to point out some of the features. The coffee was excellent and the Nutella and sea-salt cookie was something I’d never tasted before and had a light and delicate texture. Good access for wheelchairs and my go to coffee stop in Surbiton when on foot or a motorcycle or bicycle with parking right outside the door.”

The setting works perfectly for families, friends, couples, and even pets, which makes it really special. We came in for brunch and thoroughly enjoyed the food — fresh, tasty, and well presented. A special mention to Kaveri, whose cheerful and attentive service made our visit feel happy and relaxed. The little goodbye surprise at the end was a nice touch and definitely made us want to return.”

“Usually head up to Twickenham on the weekends so surprised I haven’t popped into visit this place already as been looking for a decent breakfast/brunch venue in the area. This place doesn’t disappoint. Full Breakfast and brunch menu and really attentive staff. Ordered the house breakfast with tea - very good portion (the beans surprisingly good) - also do Eggs Florentine and Eggs Bendict but next time will try the Traditional Shakshuka. Only a short walk from Twickenham station, near the William Web Ellis pub.”
