Our server, Gail was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome from start to finish. What made the evening even more special was the thoughtful surprise: they went out of their way to prepare on our lovely dessert, a special anniversary decoration. “Best Indian food in the SE London. I've been ordering form this place for over 9 years now. It is so good, i drive 40 min to collect it as no longer living in the area. They are really generous with spices and everything is delicious. Chicken Tikka Madras, Paneer Tikka and all the veg side dishes... not forgetting the Peshawar naans. My mouth is watering even just writing this.”

“Happy to make changes like putting some meat separate and some in a pitta which is really useful, when they are flexible about how the food is given to you and they aren't precious about a set menu. Only thing I'd point out to them is to make sure to use a set of tongs to turn the raw chicken skewers over, and once this is cooked on the outside, move to a different part of the grill and finish it off, by using another pair of tongs. You'd avoid any chance of cross contamination this way. Same goes for the pittas and wraps being warmed up - use another clean pair of tongs to avoid customers having second thoughts about their stomachs getting through the night ok..”

“I had breakfast here on a busy Saturday. I asked to sit in for a couple of hours whilst my wife, daughter and her friends shopped as a birthday treat. The manager (Nadine) found me a quiet table in the corner with a nearby power supply as I mentioned I wanted to do some work. They genuinely couldn’t have been any more helpful and I didn’t feel any pressure to vacate the table at any point. All the staff (including Abbie & Rahmi) who looked after me were great, can’t thank them enough.”

“Had the festive menu and the food took a little longer than expected but Charlee was fab at updating us and ensuring we were comfortable and if we needed anything else. We were sat in the conservatory which was cold and the food took longer than necessary but the food was adequate. Made better only by the millionaires fodue dessert.”

“So it seems that Friday is fish and chips day ! Fresh fish not frozen, crispy batter was perfect Chips are frozen but proper chips and not those skinny things so ofyen served in pubs, garden peas or mushy peas and served with a wedge of lemon. Could ask for better and only £3 more than the local chippy which incidentally is also very good. Staff are great with a real local atmosphere so 5 stars from me”

“From start to finish, the staff at Côte Brasserie Bluewater were incredibly attentive, sincere, and committed to ensuring their customers had a wonderful experience. When I say everyone, I truly mean everyone! The food was full of flavor, and the chocolate chaud is an absolute must-try. We were also celebrating my son’s birthday, and the team kindly provided a complimentary cake, which made the occasion even more special. A special mention goes to Gheorge, who served us, and Konsta, who gave us such a warm welcome. Congratulations to the manager for keeping this Côte branch a standout among all the others.”

“Needed an early lunch, the restaurant was highly visually appealing, received a warm and bright greeting from Angel. The lunch menu was ideal, good selections and fairly priced. The portions were heartily sized and flavours were delightful. Angel took time with explaining the menu and attentiveness throughout the visit was well balanced.”

If you want pizza call Helenia I cannot recommend her Odori & Sapporo by Romeo enough. They made a stressful event catering for 70 odd people dead simple.”

Delivery was around 15min later than expected but the food was well worth the small wait, piping hot, generous sized portions & everything ordered was delicious, could not fault this place & definitely have our new go to chinese. We both ordered are meal and within five minutes it was being served to use. And the size of the meals were very generous. Very good value for money. “I come here every time I come to bluewater. Not just for the food but for the amazing people. There’s one manager that just will not stop dancing, I love it! Unfortunately, last week Saturday, a different manager greeted us with a horrible vibe, looked at my kids from top to bottom and telling me make sure the kids sit at the table. You don’t know my kids, if my kids would be walking around the place, I’d understand if she’d come and tell us nicely to get the kids sitting at the table. But a lovely waitress by the name of Mihaela, completely changed the whole experience. She beamed of good vibes. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding! I cannot express how much I appreciated her energy and her joyful attitude. The food was great. But this review is more for Mihaela! Amazing! Thank you Mihaela for spreading cheer!”
