“I took little pickle to the vets yesterday as she had injured her leg and was not putting any weight onto it. I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. the vet was very honest, very helpful and great at keeping Pickle so calm when she was examining her. “I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.”

“Came for a viewing beforehand and I honestly wasn’t too sure, mainly with the length of time they’re alone overnight without access to outside - it seems like this might be standard practice in kennels though. BUT, it seems like he had a good time. It was my first time boarding my 8.5 year old dog (he’s done daycare and stayed overnight with sitters, just not kennels before). He ate his food which was a surprise, but a good sign. I chose Haytor because of the ability for him to play with other dogs. My dog is nervous with new people, but he gains confidence around other dogs. The drop off felt quite like I was being rushed a bit, but this could just be because they’re aiming to spend as much time as possible with the dogs. It would be great to see photos of them whilst there, through Instagram stories for example (although it seems super busy so that might not be possible). I emailed to check on him in the afternoon and got a response the following morning, which was fine. An option to drop off at the daycare time, if your dog is social, would be great too instead of just 10-12 or 2-5! Especially on a Saturday overnight as you do end up paying for two days for around 24 hours as there are no afternoon pickups on a Sunday, so a single sat to sun overnight comes out quite expensive that way, though I understand different kennels have different booking setups. Overall, my dog came back happy, he ate and although very glad to see me, didn’t seem too bothered by his stay. Would recommend to anyone who feels their dog would benefit in a kennel environment from having other dogs around them! Will use Haytor kennels again for my dog. Thanks for taking care of my boy! :)”

Had 2 of my front teeth fixed by Dr Jeremy Marks he was amazing very helpful and made sure I was comfortable. I Cannot stop smiling . So thankful for his time . He knew exactly what he was doing. “I was recommended by a friend about this Vets. My pet cat passed and I brought her in to be cremated. I met a lovely lady at the front desk and before I could say anything I bust into tears. The lovely lady who was the vet took me to a room and explained the reason as to why my cat passed. She was so lovely and really listened to what I had to say and really looked after me.
