“I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.”

Edit: I just got home and found a card from them, giving their condolences and a bag of poppy seeds to spread in her memory. It's a small gesture, but it means the world. “I am not going anywhere else, needed new tensioner and belt on Mercedes 06 A garage which I won’t name said £500 Ridiculous, phoned another garage £300 This garage £198 + vat They said they’ll do the work tomorrow, they did it, and I opened bonet. Proper job they’ve done. Just for peace of mind 1 year warranty too. This garage doesn’t rip you off and doesn’t cut corners. I will be recommending this garage to other friends and family and whoever is untrustworthy of garages, I’ll get them to come here.”

“Been going here for years and would reccomend to anyone who doesn't like the dentist. All staff do such a good job with hygiene, greeting you and any dental work and composite bonding and whitening. Their advice is always truthful and not trying to charge you more for anything you may not need! Would reccomend!”

“I have NOT been to a dentist in years due to fear from past experience , After putting up with a serve toothache this dentist was only minutes away from were i live i thought i would give it go. All i can say is if you are nerves person and decide dentist are not for you, then please try these. They made me feel at ease with out ANY pressure . I would highly recommend this practice. The lady i saw and her assistant was so much help and made me feel at ease. They are there every step of the way with you, and explain everything they are doing before they do it. If you are not happy with what they going do they will stop. One of the best Dentist i have seen in a long time. If you are a nervous person these are the people to over come that. Highly recommend by a highly nervous patient. Please try them for me they are the best.”
