“I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.”

“The staff was exceptional during one of the toughest moments I've had to go through. I can only thank them for being kind, caring and all around great. Edit: I just got home and found a card from them, giving their condolences and a bag of poppy seeds to spread in her memory. It's a small gesture, but it means the world. “The gentlest dental hygienist I've experienced! Sarah is very professional and knowledgeable while still polite and gentle. The atmosphere at the clinic was warm and welcoming. Sarah put us at easy from the start. Lara (the dental nurse) was very attentive and great at reducing any minor discomfort during treatment. I was initially concerned about taking my sensitive teen son to a new hygienist but Sarah handled him so well - talking him through what she'll do and checking with him frequently giving him a break if he needed it. He tolerated the treatment so well and his attitude to dental appointments has certainly improved for the better since this experience. He got plenty of helpful practical advice and a demo on how to keep his teeth clean and healthy in a language he could understand rather than being told off for not brushing enough which has been our previous experience at other clinics. We've just attended for his second appointment with Sarah a year after his first one and he had very little build up so it seems he has picked up the advice from the first time. This time I sat in the chair as well and must say this has been the gentlest, least uncomfortable while still just as efficient dental clean I've had. Love the perfectly smooth, glass like feeling of my teeth without gum irritation or any other soreness around my mouth. I would gladly recommend Sarah to anyone.”

“Richard was amazing today! Was really worried about my cats health so called up first thing to get an emergency check up and was able to get an appointment very quickly and got the injections she needed this morning! Am super thankful for the help today!”

“I am not going anywhere else, needed new tensioner and belt on Mercedes 06 A garage which I won’t name said £500 Ridiculous, phoned another garage £300 This garage £198 + vat They said they’ll do the work tomorrow, they did it, and I opened bonet. Proper job they’ve done. Just for peace of mind 1 year warranty too. This garage doesn’t rip you off and doesn’t cut corners. I will be recommending this garage to other friends and family and whoever is untrustworthy of garages, I’ll get them to come here.”

“What can I say wow I rung up this am evening and a hour an half later I was on the table eg the dental chair after cray and everything and he agave me the option so I decided to to let him just take it out I he started taking it out even tho I was numb I still tryed bitting his bass off but he understood and just stop and let me open my gob again these r highly recommended will be using these again in future thank u again to u and ur team David”

“Been going here for years and would reccomend to anyone who doesn't like the dentist. All staff do such a good job with hygiene, greeting you and any dental work and composite bonding and whitening. Their advice is always truthful and not trying to charge you more for anything you may not need! Would reccomend!”

“I have been a patient at St John's for around 30 years and have always been pleased with the service they provide. I had problems with my Google account and will repost what I wrote some time ago! I have been meaning to write a review for a while now, and finally got round to it. I had a lot of problems with one of my back teeth which necessitated root canal treatment. Catherine, who carried out the procedure, could not have done a better job if she had tried! Obviously, this treatment is long and involved but Catherine took her time and did all she could to keep discomfort to a minimum. To be honest, no dentist could have done a better job. I would also like to point out that Catherine has looked after my teeth for years now and ALWAYS works to this exemplary standard - she puts her patients first! I would also like to commend the rest of the staff. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice!”

“I have NOT been to a dentist in years due to fear from past experience , After putting up with a serve toothache this dentist was only minutes away from were i live i thought i would give it go. All i can say is if you are nerves person and decide dentist are not for you, then please try these. They made me feel at ease with out ANY pressure . I would highly recommend this practice. The lady i saw and her assistant was so much help and made me feel at ease. They are there every step of the way with you, and explain everything they are doing before they do it. If you are not happy with what they going do they will stop. One of the best Dentist i have seen in a long time. If you are a nervous person these are the people to over come that. Highly recommend by a highly nervous patient. Please try them for me they are the best.”
