She also took the time to cut my hair in a way that worked with my natural curl pattern and complimented the balayage, which made such a difference. My hair has never looked better! It’s nice to see a familiar, friendly faces that you can have a rapport with. Unfortunately I don’t know all the names of the staff but Veronica is always helpful, kind and professional, has always gone above to assist me when she is working. In fact all the staff take their time to be welcoming, polite and professional. I have been to another local Costa and it’s a very different atmosphere and staff.”
