“I have had recent experience with Ravenor Pharmacy to assist with renewal of crutches for my older disabled parent and they have always done this, on the spot, in five minutes flat. I was shocked at how easy this process was to get done. In addition, Ravenor Pharmacy assisted with provision of a highly scarce medication, providing fast and polite updates, which was extremely helpful. Prior to this, I had contacted multiple pharmacies, UK wide, but Ravenor Pharmacy was there with a solution, not once but twice. I have found the staff to be consistently kind, polite and caring. Thank you team for all your excellent service and support. I don't think any of us give enough credit to hard working pharmacies and their staff so I want to express my sincere gratitude. “My twins who have additional needs and I are patients of Alice Hayter. What an incredible lady and dentist. Alice has looked after the three of us very professionally but with care, kindness and compassion. One of my twins dislikes any medical intervention but Alice won him over straight away. When the other twin and I have had to have injections for our treatment Alice was so gentle we didn’t even feel the injections. “I find my GP Dr Swain very good and compassionate. He takes time to listen and he really knows what he is doing. I have met so many GPs in the past and I am very grateful for the wonderful service I get from Broadmead surgery. The Practice Nurses are lovely and kind. Ready to answer all my queries. The receptionists are helpful. Especially the youngish ones. I have never encountered anything worth complaining about at all. Even the pharmacy is efficient. Messaging and emailing to remind collection and even phoning me to ask for any adverse rections to my new medication which I never experienced in any of my previous pharmacies. “I visited this local mobile electronics shop to help a friend over the phone choose the right adapter or universal plug. Sherry was incredibly helpful and patient—he clearly explained the difference between a UK adapter and a universal plug, which really helped me understand what they needed. What I really appreciated was that he didn’t pressure me into making a purchase. Even though I ended up not buying anything (my friend decided to get it locally where they live), Sherry still took the time to offer great customer service, clear advice, and even spoke in the language to my friend over the phone and they understood.
