    “UPDATE: My package arrived at their address, and they uploaded it to my suite 5 days later. On the same day, I paid to dispatch it. I just received my package today. Thanks My package was delivered to Skypax on Saturday (I have pictures of it), and I still have no updates on my suite profile online. I tried to call them many times with no success in talking with someone from customer service, only automated messages. I emailed them too, but I haven't received any response about my package. I'm waiting for an update on my case to tell you here on Google about my final experience with this service. If everything works well, I would change this score.”

We did have an issue where the third-party flight company/carrier, not directly related to Intercargo made a mistake but the team at Intercargo were swift in helping me resolve the issue. The lesson I learned was I should have not opted for the cheapest carrier who were Egypt Air and maybe a another slightly more expensive carrier but on the whole, Intercargo were a pleasure to deal with, especially Finleigh Elderton whose support was exemplary, even though it was not technically his role. He went above and beyond.”
