“The door seal on my new Samsung washing machine tore which meant the machine was leaking on every use. Contacted Bill at Richardsons Domestic who explained the cost of labour and part. On giving the go-ahead, the part was ordered, promptly delivered and Michael visited this morning to fix. Richardsons are courteous, professional and extremely responsive - in fact, everything you want from repair experts and I would have no hesitation recommending them.”
