“This review is looong overdue! I’ve been going to Zen Dental and seeing Dr. Tuba for around three years now and I can honestly say I always receive the best service every single time. I’m greeted with a warm welcome and the atmosphere is always calm and friendly. Tuba, is fantastic! She’s incredibly gentle, caring, and always keeps me well informed throughout. She explains everything clearly, gives me options, and lets me decide what feels right for me. She even thinks ahead to help keep things cost-efficient and never pushes unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciate. What makes her extra special is how personable she is. She remembers our little chats even though I know she sees so many patients. It feels like seeing a friend, not just my dentist. Thank you for looking after me so well Tuba. ❤️”

“My experience was online and I visited their website yesterday evening to purchase a bottle as a gift. Placing an order was very easy to do and it was great to see that there was a local delivery option available too which I took advantage of. Received a phone call this morning confirming my order and to arrange delivery for a time which was suitable to me. I opted anytime today and loved the fact it got delivered within the hour. Absolutely great service from Jonathan who promptly delivered my wine to the doorstep with a smile. Will definitely return and consider Banstead Vintners as my first port of call for wine purchases in the future. Prices were competitive for the wine I was after, so I'm really pleased with the experience overall.”

Every single process we felt was so smooth sailing due to Catherine being so attentive and genuinely just very caring about our situation and getting us in our property as quickly and smoothly as possible. “This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. “We had the best time at Prezzo last night. It was Thursday, and the place had such a warm, relaxed vibe perfect for winding down with the family. I was there with my kids and my wife, and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. The food was great, the atmosphere was easygoing, and we all just felt happy to be there. What really made the evening special was our waitress, Darcy. She was absolutely amazing kind, switched-on, and seriously hard working. You could see she had a lot on her plate, but she handled everything with such grace and energy. She was patient with the kids, super thoughtful, and just had this brilliant way of making everyone feel looked after. My wife kept saying how lovely she was, and I couldn’t agree more.
