The teachers are incredible and it's a wonderfully nurturing environment that I have not come across in other dance schools. Since my daughter moved across from another dance school her progress and confidence has been off the charts. Nicky and her teaching staff are absolutely incredible and wonderful role models. The creativity infused through everything is absolutely wonderful but also they really do teach valuable life skills and instil strong values and ethics through everything they do which is another way they stand out for me from other dance studios I have experienced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the studio to anyone for their forward way of teaching which is absolutely excellent. I love it so much I have even started adult dance ballet lessons there myself! Very convenient as it's while my daughter is in her own class :)”

She used the stones and then located my pressure points which have been bothering me for some time. She focused and worked on these areas and located similar knots. I need deep deep pressure to the point of pain to relieve these knots, rare to get in a massage. But she was effective.
