It really feels like stepping into a classic diner, complete with paper-hat-wearing staff. Staff are generally friendly and courteous-servers standout, welcoming families with enthusiasm. However, the ordering system is hybrid: self-service kiosks paired with a fixed service charge, which some find off-putting. The menu spans burgers, wings, chicken & waffles, hot dogs, and hearty sides. Highlights include loaded potato skins, sticky BBQ wings, and indulgent milkshakes—especially Oreo shakes and vibrant strawberry lemonade. The Big Moe’s Platter and generous portion sizes. While the décor scores high on atmosphere, cleanliness is hit or miss—sticky tables, grime in booths, and overlooked table service have been flagged. Big Moe's Diner pricing is on the steeper side for a fast-casual experience; some feel it falls short of value. Big Moe’s offers a lively, kid-friendly, nostalgic trip with strong milkshakes, crowd‑pleasing starters, and fun décor. If you’re visiting for atmosphere—and ready to overlook the occasional service hiccup—it’s a solid pre-event or family stop. But for food perfection or premium service, it won’t satisfy everyone. “We visited Sakonis Wembley for a casual dinner and had a fantastic experience. We were seated in a comfy booth, which made the meal feel relaxed and private. The restaurant itself was clean, stylish, and had a modern, upmarket feel – a really nice setting for both casual dining and special occasions. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout, and the food was the real star of the evening. We ordered a variety of dishes: Chilli Paneer, Chilli Garlic Mushrooms, Masala Mogo, Channa Bhatura, Crispy Bhajia, and Sev Puri – and every dish delivered bold, vibrant flavours. The chilli paneer had that perfect sweet-heat balance with a nice bite to the paneer. The garlic mushrooms were rich and packed with umami, while the masala mogo was crispy on the outside and soft inside, coated in a tangy, spicy masala that kept us going back for more. The sev puri and channa bhatura were full of texture and depth, with just the right amount of spice and seasoning. Even the crispy bhajia stood out – crunchy, light, and not at all greasy. Every plate was well-balanced, fresh, and beautifully seasoned. You could really tell that the kitchen takes pride in quality and consistency. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal in a lovely setting. We’ll definitely be returning for another round soon!”

“Great atmosphere if you want to study or relax. It's not busy (maybe because the location is on the top floor from the cinema area) and spotless cafe area. Friendly staff. Thank you, Abdi and Imani. Update - They've more from the top floor to the same lower floor with the cinema. So it's very busy now with people waiting for their movie to start. From the top floor was the cafe used to locate initially, the cinema franchise had built an extension cinema view experience of 3D view. I am looking forward to experiencing it soon.”

The masala chai is a highlight—fragrant, perfectly spiced, and very reasonably priced, making it a must-try. The menu boasts a great variety of snacks, including crispy pani puri, fresh coconut water, and favorites like dhokla and samosas, all fresh and full of authentic Gujarati flavors. The prices are fair for the generous portions and quality, offering excellent value. The staff are friendly and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere. It’s a fantastic spot for vegetarian Gujarati cuisine in Wembley—highly recommend for a delicious and affordable experience!”

“We had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn London Hammersmith (Ravenscourt Park) last spring. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean (and affordable), and the location is absolutely excellent. Our group got stuck in London in the Heathrow shutdown chaos, and manager Lenuta at Premier Inn was absolutely incredible with helping us secure rooms for extra nights. She was so kind and helpful. The staff also surprised two of the college students on the trip with a birthday celebration when the extended trip meant they didn't get to spend their birthdays at home. We cannot say enough good things about our experience at this Premier Inn. It's also an excellent location--close to a beautiful park, wonderful cafes, a short walk to the amenities in Hammersmith, and just a short walk to Ravenscourt station, which offers easy Tube access to the entire city.”
