“I am a support worker for children with additional needs. On Monday last week I attended with a young man who let’s just say left a big mess that most people would absolutely hate. I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me however the new manager who I’ve been told her name is Els was absolutely wonderful, helpful and put me at ease. It wasn’t a pleasant situation and she helped a lot. Very lovely young lady. I felt awful and she put me at ease and told me not to worry.”

“I was very nervous about sending my son to nursery, but from the moment he started at Monkey Puzzle, I’ve seen him thrive in so many ways. The team’s care and attention have truly put my mind at ease. Another thing that reassures me is seeing the owner around frequently. It’s clear she is personally involved in the day-to-day life of the nursery, checking in with the children and staff, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Knowing that she is so present gives me confidence that my son is in a truly caring and well-managed environment. One of the things I love most is the daily photo updates – it’s wonderful to see what he’s been up to throughout the day and the little moments that make me smile. The meals prepared by their on-site chef are not only delicious but also healthy, giving me confidence that he’s getting the best nutrition while at nursery. I also really appreciate how the nursery celebrates and explores different cultures, helping children learn about the world in a fun and inclusive way. It’s clear that every child’s development and happiness is a priority here. “We just had my son’s 9th birthday here and it was great! So many things to do, the kids loved it! Fahad was our party organiser and he was lovely. He made sure it went really smoothly and helped us with the food and timings. Really polite staff. We were in the fantasy room with the tree chair and the kids loved it. Very easy on the 58 bus from Leyton. The 11am party slot was not at all busy and I found it pretty clean actually! Thanks again Fahad, you were brilliant!”

“The gym staff here are outstanding. I would like to single out Ula in particular who, after I injured my knee, put me on a special programme. Weeks later I attended a physio at the hospital who said I was on the road to recovery. Full marks to her. Pity about the state of the pool.”

“Our daughter has been a member of the nursery since it opened. Every day that she attends she comes home well fed and exhausted, her speech and appreciation of other children, (she is an only child), has come on tenfold and she has such an amazing time when she is there. The staff are so lovely and they really care about her, taking time to welcome her every morning to the point where she forgets to give Mummy a kiss goodbye. I couldn't recommend them more.”

“We love munchkins! It’s the best small soft play in the area. Really wonderful friendly staff who run the cafe and cook delicious food. Plenty of space for the children to play and also for the adults to sit down!! We have been visiting since our son was around 10 months old he’s now nearly two and it’s still great!!
