“Really lovely soft play at the back of Costa coffee. It is the perfect size for babies, toddlers and small children. It has so many lovely toys to play with, things to climb and different activities in the walls. It’s kept very clean and tidy and the lady who works there is so so lovely. She has such a friendly and gentle vibe to her and she talks to the parents and the children and helps them to play. There’s tables to sit at and high chairs as well as colouring for kids to do. There’s age appropriate snacks to buy and water available. There’s a baby changing facility as well. We were given a banana for free on our way out the first time we went which was so sweet and loved by my little girl. I’ll be going back many many times!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars It was my first time visiting Softplay with my 15-month-old, and I was pleasantly surprised! The area was spacious, clean, and not overcrowded at all. I loved that they had separate sections for different age groups — including a special area just for little ones up to 18 months. Everything was well supervised. One of the staff members was especially attentive, always making sure the older kids didn’t wander into the baby area and that everyone followed the rules. It made the experience feel very safe and respectful for everyone. The whole place was spotless, the vibe was great, and even the food was good! I also really appreciated that we didn’t need to pre-book — we just walked in, and for the whole family, it was only £11.50 for a two-hour slot, which is amazing value. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been coming to giggles for 5 years now since my oldest started crawling. I’m there once a week with my younger two and it’s just amazing. Great space, safe with great food. The ladies are super friendly and helpful and it’s just a pleasure to be there :)”

“We had a birthday party at the soft play and booked exclusive hire. Everything was ready and decorated before we arrived, all we had to do was turn up. The ladies organising on the day were superb, especially Nazmin who made sure the afternoon went to time. The food was cooked fresh and there was excellent communication between us and the venue. The play facilities are great, the kids had so much fun. Thanks Red Stairs Soft Play for a great day for our daughter.”

“We love munchkins! It’s the best small soft play in the area. Really wonderful friendly staff who run the cafe and cook delicious food. Plenty of space for the children to play and also for the adults to sit down!! We have been visiting since our son was around 10 months old he’s now nearly two and it’s still great!! “Fantastic Family Fun at Fun Junction Play! We had an amazing time at Fun Junction Play! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cheerful, clean, and welcoming. The play structures were vibrant, safe, and packed with variety – perfect for kids of all ages. My little ones especially loved the ball pit and the slides, and the toddler zone was a great touch for younger children. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly and safely. I also appreciated how well-maintained and hygienic the entire place was. There were plenty of seating areas for parents, and the café had a nice selection of snacks and drinks to keep us comfortable while the kids played. Overall, Fun Junction Play is a wonderful indoor play center that offers both fun and peace of mind. We’ll definitely be back – highly recommended for a fun day out with the kids!”

“My daughter had her birthday party here and it was simply amazing! The staff are excellent, the party host made my daughter’s day! The food is brilliant. It’s very clean and the staff are wonderful. Can’t fault it at all and highly recommend!”

“This park is good for playing and for walking dogs but there are not as many ducks as in the other park down the road with the big pond. There are swings here though.”

“We had a lovely time here for a 5 year old birthday party. We liked that there were separate areas for under-3s and under-2s so that they could play safely. The staff were very friendly and joined in the birthday celebrations.”

“Great space & plenty of play opportunities. However, I have noticed some surfaces & equipment for example the baby bouncers are sticky & very grimy. Every time we visit my children are always ill. I have now come to realise it is probably because of this play area. They both also have had Scarlett fever which I believe was from attending.”

“Great space with lots of seating, a variety of activities and spaces in the play frame, free WiFi. They sell a range of food and drink options that are affordable also! Both my children (aged 4 and 7) love the main play frame now, but previously really enjoyed the younger area too. Would recommend.”

“We just had my son’s 9th birthday here and it was great! So many things to do, the kids loved it! Fahad was our party organiser and he was lovely. He made sure it went really smoothly and helped us with the food and timings. Really polite staff. We were in the fantasy room with the tree chair and the kids loved it. Very easy on the 58 bus from Leyton. The 11am party slot was not at all busy and I found it pretty clean actually! Thanks again Fahad, you were brilliant!”

“I am a support worker for children with additional needs. On Monday last week I attended with a young man who let’s just say left a big mess that most people would absolutely hate. I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me however the new manager who I’ve been told her name is Els was absolutely wonderful, helpful and put me at ease. It wasn’t a pleasant situation and she helped a lot. Very lovely young lady. I felt awful and she put me at ease and told me not to worry.”

“A great place with a very friendly helper that has run this playgroup for a number of years. Beryl is very Mother like and knows a mountain of nursery rhymes that she will happily sing with the kids prior to the end of the group. The regular mothers are also friendly and their is a very good variety of toys for the kids to play with. Toilet's are easily accessible with smaller toilets and potty's available for the younger children. A changing station is also available in the toilet area and an outside area with climbing equipment is on hand for the more adventurous tot. The group is clean and warm with messy play and a water tray and all those things you dare not try at home on hand. tricycles and scooters are available in the outdoor area along with balls to kick and slides to come down. You will not be disappointed!”
