“Was greeted with a warm hello and straight away informed of the parking situation, so put my reg in and was not fined. There were even 5 different notice signs in store about it when I visited on the weekend (the signs outside also state the parking, which is not owned by toolstation). Unfortunately saw another customer get verbally aggressive and threatening towards staff; I would also get blunt with customers if they behaved like that. Aside from that, had a quick and friendly service :)”

Tara, Natalie and Sandy are the lovely ladies in reception, who always assist in making my appointments in a timely manner. On one occasion, my nan had to look after my baby, whilst I was in an appointment and they kindly made her a cup of tea. A very friendly and family orientated surgery. Tim has also been a pleasure see, doing my treatment.”

My dog is quite nervous but she loves staying with Nini as she has a calm and home from home environment. Nini loves all her dogs which is easy to see with the videos she sends from the walks.
