He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explained the different options clearly, and even gave me some really useful advice that made my choice much easier. What stood out most was how approachable and kind he was – nothing felt rushed, and it was clear he cared about making sure I left with the right products. It made my shopping experience really positive, and I left feeling very well looked after.
