“Finchley Lido Leisure Centre is an excellent place for fitness, relaxation, and family fun. The facilities are always clean and well looked after, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The swimming pool is spacious, with warm water and plenty of lanes, making it great for both casual swimmers and regular training. The gym offers a wide range of modern equipment, and the atmosphere is welcoming for all fitness levels. I also love the family-friendly areas, which make it easy to enjoy a day out with children. Overall, a fantastic centre that offers great value and a consistently positive experience.”
“Incredible amneity in the area. Sure, it's not perfect but there's a large pool for lengths, separate toddler and fun pools. Sauna, steam room. Great soft play. Easy to book it all online. I think most of the negative reviews complaining about cleanliness would be more appropriate for £100+/month gyms, which Wavelengths just is not. I've not noticed the soft play being dirty, nor the pools themselves.”
“I went to this school and this school was a fun experience!Teachers where really nice and friendly. My littile brother still goes here he is in year 4 now :D i still have long lasting memories of this school! My year 6 class 6M was great!(Navadah was in my class beforr he left lol)”
“The reviews on here really don't represent how most feel about St Clement Danes school and it is the minority of people who are displeased with the school who have written these reviews. SCD is one of the top schools in the country and it isn't because of private tutors or an overly strict learning enviroment. It is because the school offers knowledgable, friendly teachers and creates an ideal learning enviroment that ensures students are willing to learn. I have just finished my GCSEs and I can not find one person in my year group who is upset with their results. There will be a few but the majority and over the moon and feel as though they have reached the potential but also gone behond. In all honesty, the school definatley needs improvement when it comes to special need cases as they seem a bit out of their depth but apart from that, it is an amazing school. It has an amazing reputation for a reason and I would highly recommend it to any people looking for a good secondary school.”
“Fullbrook is fantastic, it is a very lovely environment to work and learn in”

“I came for enrollment day to start my A levels and I must say with no hesitation that all representatives at Coulsdon Sixth Form College are very efficient, professional and helpful especially Claire Neville and Lisa. Commendations to all the helpful staff on my first day. DANESH LOCHAN”
“4 of my children have been here and had great teaching and pastoral care. This is a calm and spacious school and the SEN suppport has helped my son thrive. My children went to other smaller schools and I was nervous about moving them to such a big school but it was the right decision.”
“I go to this school and it is a litt I love it and have only been in it for 2 months”
“My experience at this school was very good. I had an amazing time there and the education is great, especially in maths, tech and science. English could be upgraded, though. I would definitely send my child here.”
“Ofsted rating has gone down but they have a new principal who has made some great improvements at another school in Forest Gate . Newham is not a good borough and a high percent of residents not only live in poverty but also suffer from bad housing and face multiple challenges. The schools here are still better than in Northern cities. Eastlea also has great facilities. The teachers work hard to educate and improve pupil's lives despite of the school being in Canning Town which is one of the worst areas Newham regarding social problems.”
“Great School - strict but although children initially find it hard to follow rules, most get used to them and don't get stressed. Students are proud to wear their uniforms and are well behaved. Having a school like this will prepare them for life. Learning self discipline and good values cannot be wrong.”
“This school gets a bad rap from a lot of people on here so I thought I should say that my time there was brilliant and I honestly wouldn't want to swap my secondary education for any other local school. Most of the people in my year were nice enough and I had a good and supportive group of friends. Teachers were amazing and helped me in everyway they could in the lead up to my GCSEs (even though I was a pretty annoying child before year 10). Mr Harvey (English), Mr Snook (geography), Mr Duncan and Ms Roche (maths), and Ms Donagan (physics) were some of the best teachers I could have hoped for and are a big part in why I did ad well as I did and where I am now. Also, Sally Haslan is a lad. I would highly recommend this school to any child with ambition and prospects to achieve in life, as Coopers will help develop you as a person and assist you in getting the best grades you can get.”
“This school has friendly staff, polite matter, best school ever”
“Teh sohcl is sick ot tauhgt me Mathmactics. lkie this 2x2 =5”
“It's an excellent living environment! The security team provides top-notch support around the clock. With constant CCTV surveillance, there's a strong sense of safety. The team ensures the place is always tidy and clean. They also organize fantastic events with a variety of delicious food and drinks for all kinds of celebrations, from multicultural festivals to New Year's. There's just one area that can be improved upon: ensuring that the hallway/corridor carpets on each floor are cleaned at least once every six months (it needs cleaning now). Thank you!”
“I have nothing but good things to say about this school. Both of my children have done well here. My son started in year 7 with good but not brilliant results, he is now in the first year of sixth form having gained 9 GCSE's a-b grades and is on course for university. My daughter is doing exceptionally well in year 9, in all subjects. They're not perfectly behaved, they have fun in school and and are both very active - they like being at school, never want to take time off and have always achieved high percentage of attendance. They also make no bones in complaining if something isn't right - but hopefully do it in a constructive way. As parents we try to always show solidarity with the school in front of the children, but when we do complain, the school are generally receptive and sort things out. There are no doubt very badly behaved children within school and Cleeve is in my opinion used as the local dumping ground for troubled children, but the school has an holistic approach to learning, it cares about each and every child as a whole It has some fabulous teachers Mr K - an amazing math teacher and form tutor, Ms Morgan - has the finger on the pulse with every child, Mr Bone - brilliant, Mr Luck, Miss Goody, Ms Crozier and the fabulous Ms Stokes to name but a few....... My children have had brilliant opportunities with this school Duke of Edinburgh award, skiing trips, choir, drama, french trips, competing in the bexley athletics, University trips, engineering awards, sports leadership, mentoring to name but a few. The school has lovely grounds and makes a real effort to keep the school tidy and clean despite the efforts of some pupils who obviously don't know how to behave. I think its very sad, that children/parents feel the need to say such awful things about their school without balancing their comments with all the efforts that are made for the children who want to learn.”
“I am currently a sixth-former at this school and have been at this school since year 7, it is an excellent school, excellent teachers and lessons are engaging and enjoyable. The facilities are excellent, there are a wide range of clubs for everyone and its a very welcoming school, especially for me as i came to Hayes School alone and made lots of new friends... would definitely recommend this school to everyone, the best secondary school ever!”
“I went to this school in year 10 from October 2021 to January 2022, This is the best school I've ever been to though it was just for 3 months, unfortunately I had to move houses and leave the best school of my life. The teachers were soo amazing, a big thanks to Ms K Horoz for being such an energetic and helpful teacher (T&T), and also Ms Curtis, Ms Danielle, Mr Willcox, Mr Ovington, Mr Gallahue, Mr Alfante, Mr Jeffries, and my 2 other lovely teachers Ms Chapman and the other one whose name I've forgotten. My form time was substituted for basic / easy english classes and these 2 teachers used to teach me English ( the teachers might not remember me but I'd be happy to know if any of them do x). I still wish I could go back to this school and study there :( But everything is for the better and I'm glad to say that I studied at this school and enjoyed every bit of my time here x”
“Great local amenity with a 33.3 meter indoor pool (for those with confused fitness trackers) a smaller outdoor pool and teaching pool for kids, it is now kept clean and well maintained considering it is a public pool. The swimming changing facilities have been upgraded, and they offer great showers in a clean area. While the gym is a bit tired, there are plans for renovations and upgrades. The reception staff are friendly and have a great sense of humour, especially considering some of the flak they get from a handful of grumpy visitors. Parking is pricey, so public transport is the best way to go. Simple booking system, so book in advance or phone if you want to be sure to get a swim. Limited spaces which makes it much easier for lane swimming. 250 capacity for swim and stay sessions in outdoor pool, so check weather and book on sunny day.”
“the school is awesome and very polite and helps everyone when they need it, they are trying to make Westfield a better place in which they are succeeding”
“Fun. Great teachers. Enjoyed "good morning, Mr knight."”
“Rachel is an amazing swim teacher. I’m older and have knee problems, so I was nervous about starting lessons. From day one, she made me feel comfortable and safe in the water. She adjusted every exercise to fit what I could do. She focused on gentle movement and steady progress. She never rushed me but always encouraged me to keep going. Now I move more easily and feel stronger after every session. Rachel’s patience and support have made a huge difference in my confidence and mobility.”
“Nice and helpful costumer service.”
