“I contacted this pharmacy via telephone to inquire if they had a particular brand of eye drops in stock. The eye drops in question were in short supply due to an apparent nationwide shortage & were not even in stock at the Western Eye Hospital. I set about calling various pharmacies to inquire as to whether they had the eye drops in stock or could indeed order them for guaranteed delivery the next day. When I telephoned Northolt Pharmacy w/my request, I was asked to hold. After a considerable amount of time, I telephoned again from another phone, whilst keeping the first line live on hold. I started as caller #5. When I was in the pole position, I again waited for an inordinate amount of time fast approaching the hour mark. When my call was finally answered, I was disappointed when told they didn’t have the eye drops in stock. I voiced my angst at being kept on hold for the best part of an hour on two separate phones. Shortly thereafter I received a telephone call from Alpin. He had been informed about my disappointment after having held for so long. He advised me he would do his utmost to source the eyedrops for me, even though it was clearly in short supply. He actively telephoned various distributors to check their stock/confirm it could be delivered the next day. After finally securing an order, he advised he would telephone me the next day upon receipt the eyedrops. True to form he telephoned me the next day to advise the eyedrops were ready for collection. I was delighted, Alpine had made a concerted effort, going above & beyond his remit to locate the eyedrops. When I arrived at the pharmacy I was surprised to see just how busy the practice was. It put into perspective the reason for the long telephone hold times & just how much of a Trojan effort Alpin had put in on my behalf. Thank you Alpin & thank you Northolt Pharmacy for going that extra mile.”

To see her begin to interact, smile, and enjoy herself has been a true joy. As a parent, nothing is more comforting than seeing your child thrive in a nurturing environment. The team at Summer Club are not only dedicated and hard-working, but they are also deeply passionate about the well-being of the children in their care. The Sixth Form Team are very supportive and treat us like we are their own children. “26.03.25 London I have just visited my local GP. And I must say it was the best experience I had in a long time. I had a test done and usually it takes some time to do it but the nurse was quick and professional. I had another appointment with another nurse tge same day for different test and the doctor find time to come and see me for a minute ( no appointment) just to confirm what will happen next. I can see the effort the nurses and GP is putting into patients comfort and safety. Thank you very much I really appreciate your help and kindness.”
