“Being novice in kitchen installation, we tried to do some "window shopping" either online or by visiting in person a few kitchen specialists to discuss our project of renovating an old crumbling kitchen set. We were happily surprised by the quality and the variety of choice we have been shown at the Barnet showroom of Schmidt kitchens. We made up our mind after discussing with Sara Ristuccia the in-house designer. We felt really lucky to meet an experienced interior design professional with unlimited patience in listening our multiple ideas. Sara was instrumental in making us feel comfortable expressing our views, carefully explained the functional and decorative consequences (positives or negatives) of each one of our proposals. At the end of a few appointments and constructive feedback and guidance, she helped us finalise an extremely satisfactory design for a fully functional, enjoyable and easy to live kitchen. We strongly recommend anyone who wants a personal bespoke touch to their house to speak to her. “Contrary to other reviews, this is a good and supportive school with well educated staff and teachers. They are also not extremely strict like other schools which allows students here to form their identities without being stripped of their personal Liberty and freedom of self expression (like some other schools). Multicultural and diverse, you have students from all sorts of different backgrounds which enables you to mingle and form relationships with people from cultures all across the world. The education system is supportive. Staff is supportive. Cantine food is mediocre. I don’t know how things have changed from when I left 5 years ago, but from the time I was here, I enjoyed my secondary school experience. Other schools have it a lot worse, at friern Barnet you were enabled to be educated while not being autonomously ruled.”

“New Barnet Cabs.The 8 passenger people provider (Mercedes Vito) was truly spacious. We had lots of baggage along with hand baggage however this was all carried away thoroughly leaving all of us with a lot of leg space in the car. Our journey to Gatwick was smooth and an unwinded and a great start to our holiday. Bottles of water were available in the car for everyone. All in all an excellent experience, however. “Attended for a Venogram recently. I found where I was supposed to be easily. The nursing staff were so friendly and helpful, reassuring me at every stage. One nurse introduced herself to me who I had spoken with on the phone earlier in the year. She had been so helpful explaining the purpose of the Venogram and arranging when I should attend. When taken to x-ray room it was like walking into a science fiction film set. Again, really lovely nurses and the radiographer explained everything. After the procedure they showed me on a screen what they had found, fascinating to see. Back to the ward where I was offered tea, coffee and a sandwich. The doctor came to see me to explain where we go from here in a really friendly, reassuring way. For that I am truly grateful. Thank you to all the medical team, 5 stars does not seem enough”
