“My favorite part of visiting London is attending Mestre Bombril’s capoeira class. Mestre Bombril and his team create an incredibly dynamic, challenging, and welcoming environment that makes every session wonderful. I’ve trained in many capoeira classes—from Salvador, Bahia (my hometown) to the US, Canada, and beyond—and this is by far one of my favorites. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the energy and spirit of capoeira!”

“Joe is a fantastic wrestling coach with incredible attention to detail. His classes are suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. He is always happy to help with any questions or concerns. Besides all that, Joe is a very friendly, happy person and is a pleasure to be around. You won't find a better coach than Joe!”

“I've danced with Michael & Jowita for over a year now, all through lockdown on zoom and I've loved every minute. Their classes are fun lively and they cater for everyone's needs from a beginner to more advanced. They break the steps down and by the end of the class we know a small routine. They are such lovely people and very down to earth and would highly recommend being taught by the best. If I lived closer I would attend live classes without about a doubt Feb 2022 - online classes are still continuing and still so much fun every week. You think signing up to a dance class that is what you will get with Michael & Jowita , well you couldn't be so far from the truth!!! We have guest appearances from Rodger The Cat who is cheeky and loves to join in, The Robot Hoover who likes to go for a spin around the dance floor too, whilst creating magical choreography to a fabulous tune and nothing gets Past Michael and Jowita with their High Definition camera to give constructive feedback and just because you are on Zoom and you think he cant see you - well think again lol!!! They are an amazing couple and hope to join them one day for a face to face class”

“My 4 year old daughter attends Ballet at Starmakerz every week and she absolutely adores it. Every morning she asks “is it ballet today?” it is without doubt the highlight of her week. She was nervous to start with but Lisa and the team were amazing at encouraging her to give it a try and even offered us a second free trial, after which I could barely drag her away at the end! Really can’t recommend highly enough, even for the shy children it’s a brilliant confidence boost.”

“NCAD is a wonderful dance and musical theatre school run by Sarah Jackson. My daughter had tremendous fun during her time at NCAD, especially starring in their shows! Sarah manages to get the balance between laid back and encouraging ambition. Children who just want to have fun are welcome here and there are great opportunities for those who wish to take their performing arts seriously. You can take your dance G.C.S.E. and several NCAD protégées have gone on to star in West End shows. Class prices are very reasonable to so all in all this is a great place for your child to come to explore the performing arts and grow into a talented and successful professional if that's what they want to do.”

“We have loved ballet classed with Miss Lika. Since our daughter was small she has really enjoyed the classes. Prima School of Ballet make their classes fun, very engaging and really inspiring and as a result our daughter has developed a love for ballet. We highly recommend them.”

Our daughter takes several dance classes in different disciplines which she absolutely loves. All 3 of our children also attend Starlight, their musical theatre course, which they enjoy immensely. The numerous performance opportunities the children have had has really helped them to grow in confidence and to develop life skills which sadly can't always be taught within the confines of the National Curriculum. “Just started my course at AYA and I’m so impressed with the teaching style and atmosphere. I was so scared to start something like this in a group but everyone was welcoming and the tutor took time to watch us individually and guide us. Venue wise, my sat nav took me to the road before Oakley but I quickly realised to follow it around, taking two right turns and that brings you to the front of the South Norwood venue.”

“My 9 years old daughter has had the best few years training with Katie Cox Dance Studio. She started with just ballet but her love of dance grew and now she does tap, lyrical, acro and jazz too! She has flourished in such a nurturing environment and made some amazing friends. She loves her teachers and is always so happy when we are on the way to lessons. We have tried other ballet schools within the area, but found that there was not enough attention and ethos on learning, they seemed more focused on playing games and entertaining the children. With Nutcracker ballet school you really get a mixture of learning and fun. The lessons are very structured and allot of thought and effort goes into them. Would definitely recommend.”
