“I had to kill some time waiting for my car. I was hungry and wanted something filling but not too heavy. Chose this cafe, I was impressed with the menu selections. They have the early bird full English breakfast options, I went with the cheese omelette which you can choose to have with a jacket potatoe, chips or salad. I chose the salad and pineapple suprise smoothie. I was very impressed with the food and the service was great as well. Really enjoyed this and will come back again.”

“Hands down the best spot in Romford, tucked away on the far side of the market, this little gem is a generational family run cafe, I had a sausage egg and bacon sandwich taken away, it was foodgasmic the bacon was thick back bacon with a light smoke, the egg was runny the sausage was good quality and the crusty English bread was fresh and nourishing slavered in butter and brown sauce. I have been here a few times and think it’s great, and the tea is a good blend with a strong colour just the way I like it not milky and served in a proper cup not those fancy coffee dish’s. Keep up the good work guys.”

“Loved our visit to Premier. The staff were helpful and friendly. Toilets and cinema was very clean. The cheapest cinema tickets, so didn't feel ripped off at £3.50 per ticket and £1 booking fee. Parking £1.80 for evening and that was before getting part a refund with an Asda shop!”

“This place has some pretty tasty Far Eastern cuisine. The Chow Mein and Yaki Udon are my personal favourites and of course you can't go wrong with either Katsu Curry and Tempura prawns. Keep it up guys! Oh and it's Halal for all you Muslim foodies out there.”

“Wonderful experience at the newly rebranded Sweet Basil (now Kung pao panda) today - the service was excellent (very quick and all staff extremely welcoming and friendly) and the food was absolutely delicious. I had chicken chow mein medium spice, the chicken was succulent and the medium spice sauce had a subtle kick which really enhanced the noodles. Very generous portion size, very reasonable price and most importantly super tasty - I highly recommend the restaurant, staff and food and I look forward to my next visit!”

“Had a very nice lunch here today. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here. Usually just visit for the garden centre, but my friend and I decided to eat whilst here. This is a great family run cafe/restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. We were seated quickly and served quickly, although it was fairly busy (and is normally packed out) I had the poached eggs with smashed avocado with an oat milk cappuccino. The coffee is very nice here too, probably the nicest I’ve had in a while. My friend had the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and it looked delicious. All tasted fresh and came quickly too. Extra seating now for when it is very busy, which meant we didn’t have to wait for a table today. Lots of variety on the menu, and some of the other food being served up looked delicious too. Glad to see this place is still open and doing well. The staff here clearly work very hard to provide great food and service. Very reasonable prices too. Would recommend.”

Pizza was properly cooked, toppings were evenly distributed and every piece tasted better as i was hungry and ordered another one. Atmosphere was calm, pleasant, neat and clean. “A new exciting lebanese place has open on Romford Road, East London. They have a private dinning area downstairs. The shop floor had seating for about 25 people, a further 30 people in the basement and also an outdoor seating area for 10. On a nice sunny day, you can enjoy the sun beaming with a lovely tasty meal and nice range of mojitos. They do shisha here too, so it is nice to relax in the evening on the front decking. My personal favourites are the grilled jumbo halloumi cheese and hummus for starters. Lamb Shawarma platter with chips or spicy potatoes and salad for mains. Some grilled wings for good measure. A strawberry mojito to finish it off. Very friendly staff, nice family atmosphere and good music from Amr Diab. Waqas, the owner is a real gentlemen. He has created a lovely halal restaurant, you will enjoy your time here. Salim Patel”
