The Owner is always incredibly friendly and kind and the food tastes incredible no matter the day (especially the panini’s and milkshakes).     “Most people who ride the tube the destination is the area around the station, but my mother and I back in Nov 2025 traveled to Surbiton Station solely for one of its Cafe Nero stalls. See, as part of our trip to London I wanted to do as many ethical Harry Potter things as possible, and while the ownership has changed, this Cafe Nero is the exact same location that was used to film one of the opening scenes of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I think I recreated the photo very well. I also ordered a hot chocolate and it was amazing. Thank you to the barista for not minding turning your work into a photo shoot.”
