“London Christian School feels like a caring community of families and teachers, rather than a school! The smaller size means everyone knows everyone, yet newcomers are warmly welcomed. Whilst there is naturally a strong Christian ethos, different religions are respected and embraced. Our children are in Years 5 and 3, have both been at the school since the age of four, and come home every day tired but elated! The teaching is excellent; strong academics are balanced with sport, music, extra-curricular activity and individual pastoral support where needed. The location is fantastic for anyone living in the “inner south east” London area or working around London Bridge or the City. The only limitation of LCS is that due to the central location, sports fields are not on-site. But they make the best possible use of the rooftop playground and the nearby council park and astroturf, with the older children heading out to the local facilities daily for a run around. If we go into any further lockdowns during 2021, LCS can be trusted to continue to deliver a fantastic educational experience; ensuring no child gets left behind whilst being realistic about what is possible in a home-schooling environment. In the meantime, it has been clear to us that the teachers and children alike are very excited to be back at school and are making the most of the time they spend together - having fun and building friendships, learning and exploring, and feeling part of their special school community once again. We cannot recommend LCS highly enough!”

She has settled into the warm, caring environment really well and has produced some beautiful art... her skills are definitely being developed. “A lovely and caring local nursey. My son has been there since he was nine months old. I took him out to another nursery for a few months in the summer thinking that he would enjoy bigger garden space but he never did. We returned to SBS and he's been happy since. They organise Christmas play and summer activities allowing parents to join. My kid sometimes sings Christmas songs at home and I know that he's been practising for the Christmas play. Another plus is that parents in the nursery know each other because there is a playground just right outside of the nursery and plenty of opportunity for parents to exchange info during pick up time. I would recommend SBS.”

“I looked at a few nursery's for our daughter but I knew i had found the one for us when I visited Little Rosies. It is quite simply the best start all round that we could have wanted for her. Family run, the whole team are dedicated to the children and the success of the nursery lies in the clear commitment, enthusiasm, open communication and dedication of the staff and the ethos - which is the perfect balance between giving the kids clear boundaries and structure combined with warmth, fun and creativity/learning. Rose is very creative with themes and ideas and great at encouraging focus. Nancys cooking is eclectic and loved by all. My daughter has absolutely loved her time there. She is set up and ready for school and we will be forever grateful to Rose, Catia, Nicole and Nancy for everything they have done. We will miss our time there and highly recommend the nursery.”

“My daughter loves going to this nursery. They always welcome her with the biggest smile and make her feel special every time. My daughter has learnt so much since being there for the last year or so. She has become more confident and her breath of vocabulary has most definitely widened because of their teaching. When she comes home she is always repeating songs they sing during circle time. I would highly recommend this nursery as not only do they support the child to progress but also give really good advice to parents regarding potty training etc. Whenever I pick my daughter up I love how nicely the children play together and enjoys playing with her friends.”

“I am a pupil of Wilson's School, and let me just say it is absolutely phenomenal. There are several bad reviews by Wallington haters, but that's just them being envious. This school is absolutely elite as far as secondary schools go. Remember that 100,000 children take the 11+ exams every year and only 192 make it into Wilson's. You are guaranteed a stunning life at Wilson's, due to our highly qualified teachers, our style of teaching which aims to get us all to 9's (the equivalent of an A**) on our GCSE exams and our amazing wellbeing lead.”

“Stratford School Academy is a really good school. Teachers and SLT try their very best to ensure that children are kept safe and well behaved in school and have strict policies in place with PREP and back on track. I really can't fault this school .”

“This was my old school 1964 - 1971 the boys play ground was on the left at the end of the long drive and girls and juniors to the left my wost teachers were from class 7 -9 but at class 10 Mr Williams was my best teacher this school had its mini swimming pool to the rear of the dinning area in the boys playground and still had bomb shelters Beside the play ground happy memories”
