“I recently attended for wisdom teeth extraction with Rita Mirchandani and her dental nurse. I am anxious about the dentist and was fearful of this appointment due to a previous bad experience with tooth extraction. Rita and the nurse were really supportive, I found it helpful that i was given lots of psychoeducation about the procedure. They allowed me to listen to my music throughout the procedure which i found helpful. The extraction didn't take long and i haven't had any complications, which has been a relief. I also found the education about dental hygiene and brush technique really helpful.”

I was very impressed after eating that dish as it was so delicious and it was reflecting the real taste of my home country Pakistan. Beautiful views and a spread that truly felt a cut above any other Hilton we’ve tried in the UK. All staff are great, but Evelyn made our mornings extra special with her friendly and attentive service. As Diamond members, we felt valued right away and were upgraded to a lovely suite, which was a real bonus. The Executive Lounge was also fantastic- comfortable, with a great selection of drinks and snacks. Can’t recommend this new Hilton enough for anyone visiting the area.”

“I have just completed a treatment with Dr Mina to have front crowns replaced and other work to improve my smile! I am always very impressed with the level of professionalism and care that is shown by the practice. Dr Mina spent extra time ensuring that the end result would be the best it could be, consulting with me all the way through, co-ordinating with the lab and even arranging me to visit personally for the best colour match up. She followed up promptly with any minor concerns and her approach is always one of kindness and care combined with real attention to detail. A special thanks to the reception team for always being so friendly and polite.”

“Just wanted to give a big shout out for Khalil (my dentist at Brookwood Dental Services). I have been going to the practice for a number of years now and have always had exemplary service from Khalil and his team. I am always very worked up prior to attending my appointment but Khalil always goes out of his way to help me calm down and explains the process, ensuring I receive adequate pain relief. At my last visit in May, he suggested a new form of pain relief that is administered to one tooth only, rather than all the teeth in the surrounding area. I have to say, I was slightly concerned that it may not work but it did and wow, what a difference!! There were a few peculiar noises but no pain on administration. I could speak normally and no dribbling, such a wonderful experience. Whilst the process was ongoing I felt the most relaxed I had ever been whilst sat in “that chair”. Once the treatment was complete, I left the practice raving about the single tooth anaesthesia and proceeded to tell all my friends and family about the best dental appointment I’d ever had. I can highly recommend this form of anaesthesia and truly will never worry about any future appointments. Hope my review helps any others who feel like I used to . Judith Gilder. 11/10 for Khalil”

“I have been going to Kerry for the last 4years initially to have my brows done and now for my yearly colour boost. Kerry’s is a pure perfectionist at what she does and this really shows in her work - I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows! (I drive over an hour half to see her) We always work together each time to ensure I’m fully happy before starting and they come out perfect each time! The salon is beautiful which is an added bonus and it is always so lovely to catch up with Kerry as she’s such a friendly people person it’s like seeing a friend. I couldn’t recommend her enough!”

“Klaudia is extremely knowledgeable and observant. She studies the way your body moves and comes up with exercises tailored for you. I’ve been seeing her as my PT for a couple of months now and I’m always learning something new about exercises and my body. I’ve also seen Klaudia for sports massage where she applies her in depth knowledge of physiology as well as what she’s observed during personal training to work on the muscles that really need it. “The cattery at Oak Ride is brilliant! The team are so lovely, they clearly love the animals and care for them amazingly. The first time we took our cat she was quite nervous but the team gave her so much attention that she settled quickly and had a great stay. The team were also great at sending through photos and email updates to us which put our mind at rest. Our cat has now completed two stays at Oak Ride with a third booked for the summer and every time she has come back happy and healthy. Thank you Oak Ride!”

“Motorcare came to our rescue after the previous garage left my car in a dangerous, unroadworthy state. The problems were explained to us in a very clear, understandable way, showing us the specific parts that were damaged and walking us through the repairs. It’s so nice to finally be able to have complete trust in a garage, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They have earned two very loyal customers. My car is going in for its annual service tomorrow, and for the first time in a long time, I don’t have a pit of dread in my stomach—I know that any issues raised will be genuine, not made-up or exaggerated like I’ve had from garages in the past. And although in this day and age this shouldn’t have to be noteworthy, but as a woman, I really appreciate the way that none of the staff have given me that “you couldn’t possibly understand anything about cars—you’re a woman” vibe that I’ve gotten from so, so, so many other garages.”
