Jasmine in particular was very helpful, she made sure to check in and ask if we were ready to order anything else regularly which was very helpful as we were there for bottomless pancakes! “Great German food and beer (Paulaner and Erdinger). We came to see the River Culture Festival, not easy to get a table on terrace (also cannot book a table in terrace - first some first serve), so we sit inside at the beginning but then we eventually got a table. We had currywurst, black forest and apple strudel, Oh my God all are delicious! We definitely will come back one day for beautiful river view on the terrace and the food.”

“Almost every time I’ve been there, I have been given something for free. The other day I bought two bao buns and they gave me an extra two for free, this has happened more than once. Today I received a free packet of Ramen. There are so many more examples of this that I can’t put it into this review 20/10 recommend this place. Has a massive variety and at a reasonable price. “I rate 5 star for the service as all the staff are fantastic, 5 stars for the lovely cakes, but sadly, only a 1 star for the atmos/ambience because the new owners, I believe, decided to remove the beautiful piano that I used to adore playing there. Also it was linked to constant background piano notes, cleverly playing out of the piano while no one played it. That really was quite relaxing and unique whilst enjoying the food and cakes, and after my weekly office job , I would look forward to my visits there at the weekends to unwind and sometimes play.. A great hub and centrepiece has been ripped out of the heart of the cafe. It blended in very well and also was a fine backdrop against the old churchyard opposite through the tall windows. I just was preparing my Xmas carols repertoire and some more new lyrics when I visited there last Saturday, but my piano was gone!”

“Wow, the most delicious feta mini quiche ever! What a find! So much to choose from beautifully presented sweet and savory produce too. Lovely smiling staff. A wonderful surprise find for morning coffee with "pastries". Good value for money and quick service. We ate in, relaxing at the window bar seating, happily watching the rain! “One of the best boutique cafe in Hampton Wick (South West London). The Barista is very attentive to detail.Superb desserts, delicious homemade savory food, sandwiches, including vegan options. The homemade soups are great especially in cold days and is a great alternative. Stylish interior. Nice staff. The lady "Simona" is very friendly and she makes everyone feel welcome. When shopping in nearby Kingston Upon Thames, we always go to this cafe.If you are tired of the big branded coffee shops and you want to have a really good coffee, this is the place for you!”

“Lovely piece of Portugal in Kingston. Delicious food, coffee with great friendly service. Well stocked wine "library". I asked for a recommendation for a medium priced red wine to accompany a steak dinner. It wasn't too much trouble for the owner to recommend from the wide offerings, which was much appreciated.”

“This place is under new management and is truly changed for the better, the new rotund boss has made some brilliant changes. Tom who resembles the jolly round butcher we all grew up with, has rebranded as a ‘Tea and sausage sandwich emporium’. You can come and enjoy your pot of lapsang suchong and bacon sarnie until late afternoon. The colourful range of local clientele also makes each visit similar to a visit to the zoo! Well worth a visit! Honestly the only coffee shop in town that is worth frequenting!”

“Had a drink and bite to eat whilst waiting for my car to have it's MOT. Had the Panini meal deal - really tasty and great value. Very good service too, will be back :)”

“Great coffee from very knowledgeable baristas. I will say the flavours are great, I’m not particularly fond of the Ethiopian blend by my partner loved it. Price was fair and reasonable. The coffee prep techniques is far superior to any coffee shops in the locality. The atmosphere was great, people were playing board games etc and the smell was amazing when you first walk in. The cookies were also great. Only slight gripe was that I was charged for a standard coffee for 2 however I wanted the V60. When I mentioned this I was refunded straight away although was told this would take 3-5 working days to debit and then I was charged properly for the V60. I think that this could have been handled better and an additional charge just for the uplift only - again this was only minor and didn’t bother me too much, but might not have been great if I didn’t have the extra money in my bank. Will visit again and again when in the area.”

“We originally booked for one night but we were so impressed with the hotel we changed our plans and stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were furnished to an exceptionally high standard, the bed felt luxurious, the shower powerful and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for walking the Thames path or just visiting nearby sites. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.”

“The food here is delicious and authentic. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s one of my go to places to have dinner, out. I highly recommend the Stir Fried Glass noodles dish with beef as well as any Pho. The portions are also a great size and the staff is always kind, friendly and quick.”

“Great supermarket! The meat is always fresh, and they bake delicious Turkish bread every morning. They also have an excellent selection of cheeses and a good variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Highly recommend!”

“Amazingly good food. Touch screens are available to make an order if you want. The good was ready within one minute, and im not exaggerating. The staff are helpful friendly and polite. The restaurant was very clean. It's well worth a visit disabled access is good also. It's definitely the best Itsu I've been to.”
