βI rarely write reviews, but our experience with Point A Hotel Kings Crossβand especially with Claraβdeserves every bit of praise. Back in May 2025, I had to cancel my long-awaited trip to London due to a heartbreaking emergency: my cat was suddenly hospitalized. I cancelled the trip to stay by her side but my reservation was made via agoda under a non-refundable policy, Clara, with incredible compassion and dedication, went above and beyond to help us. Her kindness really meant a lot to us especially both emotionally and practically. Thankfully, my cat made a full recovery in September 2025, and we were finally able to visit London and stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was cozy and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure (a small detail, but it makes a big difference!). Breakfast was a delight each morning and it is free! Lovely pastries, croissants, and a selection of fruits and yogurts that made starting the day feel indulgent. Clara, thank you again for your warmth, your patience, and your passion for helping guests. Point A Hotel is lucky to have youβand so were we. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.β
βBeautiful experience in cinema Nice and clean all around Nearest eastern food court provided with plenty seatingβ
βOn a snow day even walking poses a threat for students getting to school for my son is very difficult as he has told me that the roads are covered with ice and he has slipped many times. Bus take long and traffic is terrible opening the school is a good way to ensure many students absence go on recordβ
βWe stayed here for two nights and were completely satisfied. We had a private room with two single beds and a bathroom. The room was small but cozy. It was cleaned every day, and we received fresh towels. The bathroom was clean. The water pressure in the shower wasnβt very strong, but it was enough for showering. The staff was very friendly and always helpful whenever we had any questions. Overall, we had a very good stay.β
βthis school is amazing it screams help the school has definitely improved and it has a lot of exercise motions i guess. such as the huge hill they have to walk on to get to their lessonsβ
βI have nothing but good things to say about this school. Both of my children have done well here. My son started in year 7 with good but not brilliant results, he is now in the first year of sixth form having gained 9 GCSE's a-b grades and is on course for university. My daughter is doing exceptionally well in year 9, in all subjects. They're not perfectly behaved, they have fun in school and and are both very active - they like being at school, never want to take time off and have always achieved high percentage of attendance. They also make no bones in complaining if something isn't right - but hopefully do it in a constructive way. As parents we try to always show solidarity with the school in front of the children, but when we do complain, the school are generally receptive and sort things out. There are no doubt very badly behaved children within school and Cleeve is in my opinion used as the local dumping ground for troubled children, but the school has an holistic approach to learning, it cares about each and every child as a whole It has some fabulous teachers Mr K - an amazing math teacher and form tutor, Ms Morgan - has the finger on the pulse with every child, Mr Bone - brilliant, Mr Luck, Miss Goody, Ms Crozier and the fabulous Ms Stokes to name but a few....... My children have had brilliant opportunities with this school Duke of Edinburgh award, skiing trips, choir, drama, french trips, competing in the bexley athletics, University trips, engineering awards, sports leadership, mentoring to name but a few. The school has lovely grounds and makes a real effort to keep the school tidy and clean despite the efforts of some pupils who obviously don't know how to behave. I think its very sad, that children/parents feel the need to say such awful things about their school without balancing their comments with all the efforts that are made for the children who want to learn.β
βI was seen after a long wait. It was such a dreadful journey before I could speak to someone, when seen, I was encountered with understanding and respect and felt seen and validated which really encouraged me in my healing process. My therapist (Emma) was the best and I wish this place a long future ahead, unfortunately after reading all the reviews, it is sad that not everyone received the same treatment as me, which I can only redirect it to cuts in the NHS, and hiring people that are willing to work and not live off benefits like most brits (both lifestyles are good). The receptionists were amazing, they often asked me to fill in formularies, and I will forever remember those blue sofas in the waiting hallway. It is sad not being able to stay in touch with the doctors that saw me since this is my only way of saying thank you :)β
βCheap & cheerful are the exact words to describe this place! It was by far the cheapest option for a hotel in central London which I needed for a 1 night stay, and it served its purpose! Do not expect this to be the fanciest hotel youβve been to, because it isnβt it - but it definitely is value for money because I couldnβt find anything like it in a 3 mile radius! Absolutely perfect for my needs with a private bedroom and private bathroom - most hostels charge this kind of price for the luxury of an 18 bed dorm ha! Book this if youβre just looking to get your head down for the night - it is absolutely perfect for that purpose. Do not be put off by the reviews.β
