“Really good place. Was easy to get to by 25 Bus.Went today (9/02/2020). For my back scan. Had my appointment at 9:30AM. Reached there by 8:45AM. Was seen at 9AM. Was given a patient safety questionnaire filled out the questions that were relevant to me. Then was told by the receptionist to take the questionnaire down to the Lower MRI room. From there only waited around 5 minutes where I was told by the radiographer to change into gown provided. Kept my valuables in the locker provided. Waited around 5 min to enter into the MRI control room where I was weighed. Was asked questions from the questionnaire. Was given full details of what to expect. Was given reassurance. I did get a bit scared at first as it felt like you are laying down in a coffin. They do give you a buzzer if you feel very scared. My results will be sent off to my GP within a week.”

“I would give 7 stars if I could. My autistic son attended Parklanes Wykeham for two years, and they were a true blessing. The staff are genuinely hardworking, caring, and honest individuals who truly want the best for the children in their care. My son, who has special needs, was unfortunately rejected by Harrow Lodge breakfast club due to his needs. However, Parklanes welcomed him without hesitation or question, demonstrating a genuine willingness to care for and support him. Throughout his time at Parklanes, my son was always happy to go there. Over the two years, there were never any significant issues thanks to their hard work and dedication. Due to my son being pre-verbal, they also assisted in developing visual aids to support his speech development. I firmly believe that Parklanes Wykeham played a significant role in his early language acquisition, as his first words emerged at the age of four while attending the setting. The consistent high standards are evident throughout the establishment clearly demonstrates effective leadership that permeates every aspect of the staff's work. “I was at another surgery and my doctor retired and the service had really deteriorated so changed to Schopwick approximately a year ago. I am blown away by the service I receive at this doctors. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone you speak to receptionists, doctors, nurses are all so friendly and helpful and they all go out of their way to help you. The first doctor I saw was Dr Khattak and saw her a few times, such a lovely, kind manner and really helpful with my medical needs. I have seen other doctors too all have been really good. Dr Badiani is also fab, he removed 2 cysts that were causing me problems and was so knowledgeable and thorough. It’s amazing that you can get these procedures done at a GP surgery. Obviously no one wants to have to see doctors out of choice but when you do need to it’s lovely to know you are in great hands with really helpful and friendly staff. This is often a rarity with the NHS so stretched. Thank you to all the staff at Schopwick survey”
