“Fantastic gym with great facilities and a brilliant location. Abbie and Scott treat every person as an individual, giving the gym a family feel and helping you to meet you personal goals. If you are looking for great quality training and classes, SP athletic is brilliant for it. Love the flexibility of the membership options, I started with individual classes then a class pass and now have a full membership. The classes are tailored to your level to help you build strength, confidence and fitness. Having tracked burning almost 500 calories in the 'kalorie killer' class every Thursday with Scott I am really starting to see a difference! Aerial classes with Abbie are great high quality classes, you train 'both sides' and always feel safe, challenged (accomplished) and fully supported. Highly recommend!”

“I completed my Nail Harmony training in Gelish gel nails, manicure and pedicures back in May 2018 with Annabel. The training session was through with any answering any questions and queries that I had. My own clients have been very pleased with the service that they have recieved from me and this is a testament to Annabel's wonderful teaching skills. “We have used Paul to board our Great Dane Kiki and for occasional day care. Our Dane is a nervous girl around people. This is due to being mistreated when she was young before she was rescued. I was hoping she would be okay with Paul after booking her in for the day. I collected her at the end of the day and she seemed happy and relaxed. We booked her in for another date. It was on arrival at Paul's house for the second booking time that I realised how at ease she was. The door was opened and she bowled right in with her tail wagging. Kiki came to us with lots of anxiety around people and has always been nervous and cautious of new people especially men. But 100% happy and confident around Paul. We are really happy we have found him. Would highly recommend.”

“I have been visiting the Cheam centre for the last 3 months as part of a group working on "Joint Pain Management" and have been extremely pleased with our health coach Steven who has provided me and the group, not only with excellent coaching to improve our fitness with the aim of reducing pain and becoming more active, it has also provided us with logical and much welcomed ideas to make small changes on our day to day activities that are really making a big difference to me and others on the group. The staff at the Cheam center I have met are also very welcoming and friendly and the various exercise machines I have used are very good and simple to use. Would strongly recommend the Cheam centre and Steven to anyone that wants to better manage their joint pain and to also become fitter and healthier.”
