“Hi. I recently used VIP Mayfair on my wedding day to transport me and my family to my wedding venue across London. Despite the crazy traffic and the heavy rain, the 2 cars arrived on time and were extremely patient and helpful in getting us into the cars and getting us to the venue on time. Jack was my driver and was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again for an event. Compared to other corporate cars this service was reasonably priced and the cars were in excellent condition.”

We are planning a milestone trip to celebrate a big event and within a day of asking Lisa for advice she'd arranged a video conference with the supplier she prefers for the region we want to visit. The supplier, Latin Routes, was really good and had prepared for our call, putting together a suggested itinerary based on places we wanted to visit. Lisa co-ordinated between us and the supplier making sure that everything was covered, so that we could secure the booking within a couple of days. It was much more than just looking at street art - Savio knew so much about the architecture, history and culture of the area, and willingly shared his knowledge the whole time. “We booked a family trip to Rwanda with Lightfoot Travel and this was one of the most amazing trips we have ever done. The itinerary that Lightfoot Travel has put together was fantastic and included exploring the capital Kigali, Nyungwe Forest, one of Africa‘s oldest rainforests, and chimp and gorilla trekking in the wild. The hotels they had chosen were simply amazing, we were taken care of from the second we stepped onto Rwandan soil throughout the whole trip. They work together with a local agency that was equally amazing. We had chosen to do the overland trips by car in order to see as much as possible of the country and due to our patient, fun and knowledgeable driver/guide we learnt so much. I should also point out that the trip was totally catered to our needs and preferences and they never got tired of our questions during the planning phase. We were given advice from clothes to bring to how to behave during the Trekkings which was extremely helpful. “Our experience with Sue has been 5 star from the beginning. I sent her an initial message on a Sunday morning not expecting a reply for a few days, but she actually called me the same day! We discussed what I was looking for and within 36 hours I had booked! It was that easy. The information we needed for the trip was always sent by email but followed up by a call or message. The trip to Thailand itself was incredible, two nights in Bangkok and 8 in Khao Lak. The hotel recommended by Sue in Bangkok, the Avani plus Riverside, was perfect and her advice about activities and excursion was spot on. Our hotel in Khao Lak, the Devasom, was everything we wanted and more. Paradise! I would definitely recommend the suite with pool. The support from Destination Asia while we were on holiday was also fantastic. We enquired about an evening Tuk Tuk food tour in Bangkok and it was booked within an hour! Our transfers from airport to hotel were all arranged for us and the vehicles used were pristine. The whole experience was seamless. I have already recommended Sue to friends and family and we will 100% be tapping into her vast expertise and experience when planning future trips.”
