“During my visit to the exclusive British Airways area at London airport, I discovered Itsu — and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Amid the rush, I found an oasis of calm, elegant design, and healthy food. The variety of breakfasts, snacks, and drinks was beautifully presented, radiating freshness and well-being. The service was impeccable, and the modern, minimalist decor completed an experience that exceeded all expectations. One detail I found especially chic was the invitation to take a paper bag to store leftovers and deposit them in their containers, with no extra charge. A simple gesture, yet full of intention: practical, eco-friendly, and stylish. Without a doubt, it’s the most pleasant food franchise I’ve ever enjoyed while traveling.”

“What a splendid place. The Old Hat in West Ealing is a delightful pub with two large bars and an expansive beer garden complete with a very friendly pub cat. A great range of keg beers. Only one cask ale available during my visit. Great staff and a good cold pint of lager, much enjoyed! This place is well worth a visit.”

“Recently stayed in Hounslow for 3 nights, was really impressed with the local Spoons. Had an evening meal and a couple pints when we arrived, and I had a breakfast on 2 of the mornings. “All the way from South Africa & just looking for some good food & drink before a long trip back home, I stumbled across Big Smoke Taphouse at London Heathrow Terminal 2 & had the absolute privilege of meeting Savio, the server who knew very well I struggling with the QR Code version menu & was eager to assist me & simplify my order & dining experience. Savio was extremely friendly, helpful & patient as we took our time to go through the hard copy menus & eventually opted for Tex Mex Tacos, Pork Burnt Ends, Some Onion Rings & 2 glasses of wine. I was pleasantly surprised with the bursting flavors of the all the food, especially the smokiness of the pork burnt ends & most especially encountering very bland food in England overall, LOL. “Very homely cooked food,,, authentic indeed, loved every bite of what we had , started with ross omelette & pav bread along with masala chai and resumed later with goan thali with prawns curry(typical goan homestyle) & my fav kingfish recheado ,,,,the cozyambience and Goan music along with such delicious food just brought me back to my Goa’s old days when I used to work there. One who truly understands the homely cooked goan meal will definitely appreciate their efforts, probably the best Goan meal i ever had in UK. Service was truly welcoming by the lady & gentlman who owns the place (guessing),,,they both were very gentle and welcoming.”

“UNBELIEVABLE! having ordered on just eat for the first time from this fabulous new eatery I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. The food arrived early (A shock in itself), was superbly fresh and incredibly tasty. Standards and taste were more synonymous with eateries in places like DUBAI and CENTRAL LONDON not hounslow. A refreshing addition to culinary treats in the Borough keep up the good work. I am not related to this business although the review seems exaggerated, just ecstatic to have a nice place to order a flavoursome breakfast. “Discover this spot with a real deshi vibe, where most of the customers seem to be local taxi drivers. It’s run by friendly deshi aunties who give the place its authentic charm. The décor isn’t fancy, but maybe that’s part of the charm—it adds to the homely feel! The food is fresh—we had freshly made paratha with omelet, daal, and chai. Absolutely fabulous!”

“This is curry at its best. Perfectly simple menu, I mean very simple, so simple it is perfect. Chicken curry on the bone, chicken curry off the bone. Lots of vegetarian options what you see is what you get. The great thing about this place is you can take it home cold if you wish, heat it up at home. Costs half the price of getting food delivery at the weekend and the taste is spot on and fresh”

“Rooms is valued compared to the price Service needs to be improved. Specifically the check out. It’s 10:30. And if you want to add one hour you have to pay 10 Pounds. The location is pretty close to the station as well as the airport.”

“Great football pitches and changing facilities. Great bar too for after game drinks. This facility offers 3 - 4 grass pitches. Some or them are a little on the slant. Not sure what the price ranges are but always call and ask.”

They worked quickly and efficiently. The food was fresh and delicious. Their sweet selection is also elite. I will be visiting again.”
