“This board game cafe is always so pleasant to visit! It has a nice intimate feel with a very wide selection of games. My friends and I stayed for 3 hours and got drinks, each spending around £10. We didn’t try the food. They offer student and NHS discount. They gave two small toilets, but one of them doesn’t lock fully. Will come back!”

“Naama is an absolute hidden gem! The food was incredible just like home in Lebanon. Everything tasted authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. Ordered Grilled chicken with their special toum and spicy sauce, falafel, grilled meat, fries and salad. The owner is very welcoming, generous, and truly cares about his clients. You can really feel the hospitality. I brought a friend along to discover this place, and he was more than happy with the food and the whole experience. “A very wonderful experience in a Nepalese restaurant was what I was looking for! I could find the authentic taste of the Newari set which was full of flavours. The sekuwa was juicy and flavoursome. The taste of momo was just like the momo in Nepal. The food service was very quick. The staffs were very kind and polite to us, especially Poonam who was helping us! Loved the hospitality. Highly recommended.”

The Falcon is still a great place to drink, and, sitting on the Green outside, with a glass of wine on a sunny day was just about perfect.”

“Yesterday we visited Al Hyderabadi Mandi & Biryani, and honestly, the experience was amazing. The ambience was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We ordered Lamb Mandi, Apollo Fish, and Chicken 65, and the taste was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. Alhamdulillah, we really enjoyed the food. The service was also excellent. The staff were polite, quick, and very attentive. Prices are also budget-friendly, which makes it even better. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place, especially our Hyderabadi community — you will definitely love the authentic taste and quality. “Leila recently catered for our wedding. Food was one of the most important choices for our wedding and Leila was the first place we went, and I'm so glad we did. The food was incredible, with so many of our guests commenting that it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. Raef is fantastic to work with and he was the most relaxed person to deal with; nothing was a problem. His staff were also fantastic on the day, as well as the wonderful Zara. “The bubble tea was absolutely fantastic, I had the taro milk tea with tapioca (made fresh, which was pretty cool). Me & my wife then came for dinner. I liked the food, but it's a very exquisite taste which some may not like. I appreciate that the chicken is halal. I had the chicken soup, and my wife had the prawns with rice. Great decor with lots of plants, oriental snacks & a pac-man arcade machine. ❤️”

It was such a lovely experience, Alisha was a perfect host and arranged some little touches which we very much appreciated. “We booked a table for Christmas dinner with friends last Thursday. There was a lot of big bookings in and there was an initial mix-up with ours getting lost but the owner and staff were very accommodating and also gave us a free bottle of wine by way of apology. My husband and I have eaten here on several other occasions in other seasons and the food is very good quality, definitely gastropub level. Tonight's festive menu was no exception and the place looked fantastic and was decorated beautifully. My duck was melt-off-bone and yet the surprise star on my main dish was the cream cabbage and bacon - so moreish. With a table of 28 and another of 10 or 12, it did get quite rowdy but even being so busy the owner took time to male sure we were enjoying our meal. Big shout out to Giuseppe (I think?) who will also be getting married in Sardinia in June as we did and was equally attentive to us whilst still waiting on the big tables. Would definitely visit again.”
