“Extremely well-located Lebanese restaurant - at the heart of Twickenham’s high street area. I mostly opt for takeaways. The restaurant is small but cosy. The food is delicious with a large vegetarian selection. Busy at all hours but the staff is mostly friendly! I liked the dishes, the crockery and the place has a buzz during the day, especially on weekends. On a recent dine-in we tried the yoghurt & cucumber starter dish, a couple of vegetarian wraps and a Meze platter for one - which was especially good value for even two people, if accompanied with a selection of 3 or so savouries! Tasty food and at good value. The staff are friendly and cordial, but the service isn’t exemplary - if only because the place is really busy at most times and staff are busier with the preparation. Even so, it’s the kind of local diner you’d find yourself visiting fairly frequently. I recommend it !”

“The noodle dishes were excellent, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We also had the Thai green curry and jungle curry, which were both very tasty. The jasmine rice and sticky rice went well with them. The staff were friendly and helped us choose our dishes. A big plus is that the chicken is halal. Overall, the food was delicious, and the service was great. Highly recommend!”

“Lovely place and lovely food ! We went without reservation and they welcomed us anyway. Quite fast serving even if was very busy . Big portions and tasted amazing . Friendly staff , speaking also in Italian . They offered an Italian amaro drinks too after dinner . Definitely we will go back !”

We ordered the tandoori paneer—which came out in a sizzling iron platter, the stewed lamb curry, appetizer sampler and veg momos. Everything was so hot and delicious, flavors were phenomenal and we ordered a second round shortly after! Service was great too, we will definitely be back next time we’re in Twickenham.”

Edgar came to install and didn't leave until the job was done even though it was late at night. His attention to detail was great and the quality of the wardrobe is clear. “As an avid fan of Japanese cuisine I had a great dinner at Umi. The menu consists of a wide variety of different Japanese dishes which accommodates for all kinds of meal preferences. All the dishes we ordered were very fresh and were prepared with great detail. All dishes worked to create an authentic experience. In particular, the pork cutlet in the curry don was cooked to perfection with a crispy breaded surface and a tender centre. The sashimi had a umami flavour which is always a pleasant surprise in good quality sashimi. The establishment has a comfortable atmosphere and the high quality service provided by the staff of Umi ensured that we had a great time. I would highly recommend Umi as a go-to for authentic Japanese food.”

“My dining experience at Shuili in Twickenham was nothing short of amazing. The restaurant has a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. We had a wonderful family dinner at Shuili. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making it a great spot for kids as well. The menu had something for everyone, and the food was outstanding. The food was fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. The Burrata Chaat was a delightful surprise, loved equally by the kids and adults. Choosing a favourite between the lamb chops and the jumbo prawns was no easy task but if I had to pick, the lamb chops edged ahead with impeccable flavour, perfect texture and presentation. I would highly recommend Shuili for anyone looking for a memorable meal!”

“A real nice experience in Indian dining. Started off with the reviews of course and then the dining. The cider choice, was a koppaberg which was refreshing. Thr samosas in the chaat were complimented with channa aka chickpeas and vatiyon other accoutrements. Delicious. The murg tikka was quite good too but would have preferred fit bit more heat n the green chutney served with it. On to the main course with lamb saag and dal makhani with breads. Both ere well cooked and excellently spiced to provide a great end to the meal. Unfortunately no space for kulfi.”

“Beautiful pizza place with authentic Italian vibes. The staff was immediately welcoming and helpful, making a table available despite short notice and the fact that we needed the space for a stroller. Their pizza menu is really comprehensive, so we picked a Bufalina, a Pistacchiosa, a Burratina, and a Casereccia. Useless to say that for 4 people, we might have exaggerated a bit... but it was well worth it! It's just a shame that we had no space left for the desserts, as they looked excellent. The prices are also very honest. Definitely recommended.”

“We had our Work Christmas Lunch on 18/12/2025, the Christmas menu was AMAZING! Plenty of food on the plate, we ordered some extra trimmings, which wasn't necessarily needed but definitely happy we had them as the food was sooo good we just could stop eating! Following some concern, Dec successfully rebooked our lunch arrangements at the Barney Arns in Twickenham. Our visit to the Barney Arms was met with exceptional service from Chloe, who demonstrated remarkable helpfulness and understanding, effectively alleviating any concerns we had. Our Christmas luncheon was exceptional, characterized by outstanding cuisine and a superb ambiance. The staff provided exemplary service. Dec, Chloe, and the team provided exceptional assistance. We will certainly be rebooking for next year. Thank you for making our Christmas Day truly special.”
