“A last minute booking to take my father out for lunch. I hadn’t been here before , and my father had mixed reviews but I thought the menu looked good. I dont know why it would have mixed reviews, the staff and food were faultless. We were welcomed warmly and seated comfortably by the window. We were attended to quickly through our visit, but never rushed. Between 3 of us we had Bruschetta, Calamari and Gamberoni to start. Followed by Pesce Spada alla Sicilian (2), and Spiedini di Pesce and finished with a cheesecake , affogato and an Espresso. My favourite dishes were the Gamberoni which was a generous portion of prawns bathing in a garlicky butter and spinach sauce, and Pesce Spada , a large piece of swordfish smothered in a rich tomato, olive and caper berry sauce with a fresh and zesty side salad. Thank you to Casa Blanca for brightening a dreary Thursday. We will see you again”

We ordered the 2 Veg 1 item, which came with a nice combo of coffee, toasted bread, beans, 2 poached eggs, 2 veggie sausages, and 2 hash browns. The portion was satisfying and well put together. The taste was average—not extraordinary—but everything was cooked well and served warm. The veggie sausages and poached eggs stood out slightly in terms of flavor, and the toasted bread was nicely crisped. The coffee was a good companion to the meal, rounding out the breakfast feel. The place itself has a cozy, inviting vibe that makes it enjoyable to dine in. “Ordering from Mohini Balti House takeaway was an absolute delight. From the moment the bag arrived, the rich aromas of freshly ground spices filled the air a promise of something special inside. The chicken tikka masala was a standout tender pieces of chicken in a creamy, spiced sauce that was full of depth without being overpowering. The lamb rogan josh was equally impressive cooked to perfection, with a sauce that clung beautifully to every bite. The pilau rice was fragrant and fluffy, the perfect companion to the curries, while the garlic naan was still warm, soft in the middle, and lightly crisp on the edges exactly how it should be, even after delivery. What really impressed me was how fresh everything tasted. Often with takeaway, you expect food to lose some of its quality in transit, but here, every dish arrived hot, flavorful, and full of life.
