“Highly recommend! I used waggy wheels for the first time today with two very untidy cavachons. Alex was very welcoming, showed me his very professional and very clean grooming room. He was very caring and calm towards my fur babies which was great as my youngest pup can get quite nervous. Alex really listened to what I asked for making sure he cut my dogs hair to my liking. My pups where returned to me very happy, looking and smelling gorgeous!! Will be back again for sure!!”

“I took my 6 month old baby shitzu to Barneys dog groomers. Debbie was fantastic with her she discussed what shape and how short I wanted her. She has been to Debbie twice now. Both times she looked fab! Debbie was lovely and caring and Molly was very settled with her. She clipped nails done her ear hair and she just looked so beautiful when I picked her up. Really lovely here one to one with the dog. Molly was very settled and happy and that reassured me leaving her there. Debbie really loves the dogs and you can see this when you meet her. “My experience at Pretty Little Pooch has always been nothing less than exceptional. After the moment I walked into the shop, I new immediately that I would end up becoming a regular customer - the friendly staff do nothing short of making you and your dog feel comfortable and welcome. My Doberman, Arlo (a big baby) was initially quite anxious in grooming situations whereas now, he is like a changed dog! The excitement he has to get into the shop to see the girls is unbelievable, he even helps them out by jumping into the bath himself, haha. I’m always pleased with how Arlo looks and smells when we pick him up and I always know he is in the best hands. All in all, I would more than recommend Alice and the team at Pretty Little Pooch!”

“We found little rascals on Google as did not want to return to any other groomer we had used for our little yorkie charlie. Today we took him along. We talked about the way in which we liked him cut the groomer was lovely and took on board everything we said. We were told about 1.5 hours and he would be ready. Wow I went back to collect him and was so pleased with his cut. His nails got cut too his ears cleaned all part of the great service ... I won't be looking for any other groomer now we have this one. . Thank you miklaw”

“What a wonderful place to go to if you require an assistance friendly staff is there to help. I go there a lot for my dad’s regular prescriptions and I also buy vitamins from time to time or healthy food. Generally good atmosphere, great choice , helpful staff ready to advise in friendly manner. I’d like to highlight lovely staff Tulshi, who assisted us with blood pressure 24/7 monitor and results . “Having recently had to say goodbye to our 12 year old Northern Inuit, I wanted to add to my old, stars-only review. He was with Spring Lodge from the age of 12 weeks, and the service provided throughout has been second to none. He was a complicated soul, with many issues through his life, and a number of surgeries during which he was cared for in an exemplary manner. Nobody was ever intimidated by his size and appearance which was something we faced a lot in the "real world", even if he was affectionately nicknamed "The Beast" by Neil! The support staff are magnificent.”

“The most incredible groomers! I take my two Cavapoos here and have done since they were puppies. I was really nervous at first as we switched from another groomers which we had bad experiences from. When I walked into collar and comb, I was treated with warmth and kindness. Both ladies were so helpful, jolly and caring. I love the fact the dogs are not put into crates and are free to roam around and feel like part of the family. They get to mingle with the other dogs and feel comfortable whilst there. The grooms are always perfect. Always get what I ask for on both dogs and also they smell amazing!! I will never go anywhere else now and feel so content knowing my pooch’s are looked after so well when having their groom. Highly recommend!!!”

They stock a great selection of high quality raw and natural treats (plus a good selection of other types of food too) and the lady who owns it is not only lovely but super knowledable about dog food and really helpful. We drive from Chelsea just to get our food from here even though we could buy it closer to home as we love this business so much. There is a groomers in the back also and the dogs always seem so happy and look fabulous after their grooms!”
