“Tried booking a groom in multiple places for December. Tongues and Tails took us on the same day. We drove 25 minutes and took a chance on a place we found on Google—totally worth the trip. The staff were so friendly, and the groomer was super professional and welcoming. I can’t thank them enough for the amazing job they did on Tag’s first groom! Thank you all..”

“Excellent service. I am a regular user of catteries as we travel abroad on short and long stay vacations. I am very fussy about who I leave my cats with as I want them to be calm and settled whilst I am away. I want to know they are in good hands. I collected my cats and was told how it went. I am very happy with the service and will continue to use this cattery. I recommend this place 100% as the woman I dealt with was very cat focused.”

“Gill was a fantastic host. We stayed for two nights and wished it could’ve been longer. Breakfast was substantial, and nothing was too much trouble. It’s only a 10-minute walk into town, yet the location is wonderfully quiet. We will definitely return.””

The staff took the time to ask what I wanted and what products they’ll be using, and also spoke about how they’ll cut his hair to maintain it moving forward. “Highly recommend staying here. Extremely convenient location in a beautiful area which is very clean and feels safe. The hotel itself is spotless, rooms are spotless with great amenities. As per their own motto, you get everything you need, and nothing you don’t. Staff are friendly and helpful if you need them. Very accommodating restaurant/bar. You can truly switch off here, you don’t even need to think about pressing any buttons in the lift after calling it because it just takes you where you need to go! My only grievance is that the bed was so comfy I was sad I couldn’t take it home with me! Going forward, this is no doubt the only hotel I will be staying in with every visit to London.”

“Been visiting Dogs Deli for years now with a dog I regularly dog sit and the owner is always so welcoming and helpful, he remembers the dog each time and even knows his fav treats. There is a huge variety of treats, toys and everything you could need so defiantly worth a visit if you have a dog. It’s Apollos fave shop and he always drags me straight to the door, we wouldn’t go anywhere else”

“Really good independent local shop, with a great selection of dog treats for the space, from training treats through to natural dog chews (and dog food). They also stock lots of toys and dog accessories (leads, harnesses, coats etc.). The staff and owners are friendly and knowledgeable, and good sources of advice. The shop is dog friendly, and they're super welcoming of the local canine population (maybe too much...I now get dragged down the street towards them by my dog at every opportunity!)”

It is very clean.The. lady from Reception,Marie,was very helpful and answered all my questions. And the doctor, Miguel, was very nice,explaining everything. My Cookie was so relaxed,not even scared when she had the vaccine. Very glad to discover a good practice! Thank you!”

“I cannot recommend this vet practice enough.From the moment I contacted them regarding having my Springer 'Bailey Boo' PTS yesterday 10.4.25.The practice manager was so compassionate and understanding,the vet nurse present while he was PTS was absolutley amazing and so caring.The vet herself when above and beyond to explain what was going to happen,asked if she could start.I have nothing but praise for these guy's.Thankyou for making an upsetting experience into a calm,peaceful experience. “Used this kennels for 20yrs ..dogs seem to love it here always pull to get in ..yes they lose a bit of weight but I put that down to being somewhere different can't fault it”

“We could not be happier with how well Funky Dogs look after our bearded collie, which is a lot of work given her long double coat. She looks like she’s ready for a Cruft’s appearance every time we pick her up!”

“Me and my girlfriend spent 5 years figuring out which parrot would be best for us. We ended up buying a ringneck privately and it turned out to be a nightmare. He loved me but hated our kids and my girlfriend was petrified of him.. After visiting another well known bird breeders and not having a very welcoming experience we decided to phone Enfield bird centre and was really happy with the way we talked on the phone so we decided to visit the shop. We arrived and was instantly greeted by 2 of the workers there, really kind guys and very easy to talk to, one of the lads showed us all around the shop, told us which birds where best around children and which birds where abit nippy, Me and my girlfriend fell in love with 2 latino galah cockatoos and really couldn't decide which one to go for, at this point we had to leave the shop to back home and get our kids from school.. After some talks with the manager, he agreed to re open the shop for us so we could bring our 4 children down to meet the brother and sister. We arrived again in the evening to meet Trevor and he was great, we went to the big walk in cage and spent time with both birds figuring out which one would chose our family, Our cockatoo Rosie chose us.. Shes amazing and really is a silly tame family bird.. I would recommend anyone to Trevor at the Enfield bird centre. The service we received was above and beyond. Very informative and friendly, easy to talk with, staff are very laid back and kind. We will be visiting the shop again in the future.. Thankyou everyone at The Enfield Bird centre.
