Even though I didn't get my initial nose piercing done at Valhalla, she was still more than willing to help take a look at it and assist me in removing the labret bar ahead of an MRI appointment. She really went above and beyond to help me which I really appreciated. It's a very cool space and filled with what seems like great people, so I'll definitely return for any new piercings, piercing assistance, and even a new tattoo.”

She worked with precision and it paid off. Nothing was too much to ask for. She made every effort to make me comfortable and put me at ease. I felt bad because there were a couple of knots and she was kind about it and sorted it gently. Even when I could feel the scissors and comb and water spray on my neck, she put a towel round my neck and shoulders so I wouldn't get wet and made sure I was comfortable before carrying on and I really appreciate it.
