The team is welcoming and super knowledgeable about the dishes. The food is flavoursome and definitely quench your hunger. Great value for money. We had the Christmas set menu (dumplings and baos with a twist) and supplemented with some more small plates (so much food) and had drinks and dessert for £96 with service charge (that is well deserved). “I usually don't shop here as it is above my budget but this department store is a fantastic place for gift ideas. The kitchenware and utensils are best to get during their Blue Cross sales days especially after the festive season and Spring sales. The store has 2 floors for home and kitchenware including home furniture. I like browsing through the store for on sale items or for gifts. For those who don't like hunting for bargains, this is a good place to shop. Customer service is good but there is often a queue for the tills.”
