“We came across this outfit in the The Homebuilding & Renovation show last year and got in touch with their Surrey branch for a new kitchen and utility room (design & supply Schuller and Keller units with worktops and splash backs) From day 1 designer Enza has been excellent with her attention to details, the willingness to help and accommodate all my own sourced appliances, sinks, taps etc, plus her constructive advice to my fitters. Units arrived on time and although there was a minor hiccups from Schuller, Enza managed to speak to the supplier and resolved the problem almost immediately by sending out replacements by express delivery. All-in-all, a great service and brilliant to work with.”

“I stayed here for three nights while attending Comic Con a couple of stops away on the tube. Reception staff were nothing but friendly and helpful any time I needed them. They were even happy to keep my bag in a cloakroom while I was at day 1 of the event and checking in quite late after it was over (about 9pm) wasn't an issue. The room was minimal frills, but had a nice spacious bed that was quite comfortable. The shower worked fine, as did the TV, and there's a hairdryer and clothes iron provided if you need it. A bonus point was the nice big window providing a decent view of the skyline nearby. Everything was clean and well kept and my room was cleaned every day while I was out so no complaints there. There is a bar in the lobby that's open from midday until 2am which was good for a nice pint to wind down after a day at the con. There is also breakfast included in the price which is good compared to some hotels that charge extra for it. It's fairly basic standard hotel breakfast stuff but it's certainly not bad for what it is. The bacon in particular was pretty good. Only real issue was that one of the two lifts wasn't working due to maintenance, so the one remaining lift could get quite packed with people, but this was at least warned ahead of time when making the booking. Overall very solid hotel for the price, especially as it's conveniently situated nearby to venues such as the O2 and Excel.”

“Stayed for a night and I have nothing negative to say. We were welcomed by Ibrahim who was lovely and did our check in and out. Room was clean and comfortable. Even though we didn't had breakfast there, the area for it was lovely even if you just needed it for work. Location is perfect! Walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants and stores. The underground is a few minutes away and you'll be at the city centre in just a few stops. Perfect place for an affordable stay.”

“We had the fortune to meet Mark and Eddie through a web search of doggy daycares. This family run business is a delight. We were staying in London for two weeks and needed someone close to our Airbnb who could take our dog Ralph for several days as we did not want to leave him at an Airbnb while sightseeing. Marc and Eddie met us the day after we arrived, and immediately put our minds at ease, not an easy thing to do since I tend to be a rather over protective dog, mom! They were very helpful and informative both about the area and about things we could do with and without our dog. Even though we gave them very short notice, they did their best to accommodate us, enabling us to roam “dog free”. We came back from our day trips to find a happy, relaxed dog, who had clearly been well taken care of and pampered. As we plan to return to London, Just Tails will certainly be in our contact list for future trips. Thank you Mark and Eddie!”
