“This was honestly a six-star meal. Between the four of us, we had a chai latte, English breakfast tea, pistachio macaron, brownie, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream - all for less than £15. Since we were eating in, the macaron came with lovely cream and raspberry jam decorations underneath that went great with the macaron as well. The brownie was not bitter at all and the tea was fragrant but the highlight of our meal was the homemade vanilla ice cream, which was creamy, filled with vanilla seeds and honestly the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Overall, this was an amazing experience and even though this place has 4.9 stars on Google Maps, I still think it deserves a higher rating.”

“Life savers! My builder needed 3 more large bags of sharp sand (1 tonne) and told me late Friday afternoon so that he can complete his work on Saturday (tomorrow). Called different companies such as Selco and all can only deliver on a Monday. I called Seccombe and Keith sorted a delivery to my house within minutes! No joke, I was still on the phone paying for the sharp sand and it had arrived in front of my house. It's in the local area but still to organise a delivery within minutes on a Friday afternoon is what I call exceptional service. Will be using this company from now on!”

“Today was my first visit to the cafe with my mum, she highly recommended the cafe to me after a recent visit with her friend. The chef, Suman was extremely welcoming and suggested some food for us to pick from, she catered to my needs of particular ingredients I liked and didn't like. Add some spice and we had vegetable pesto panini, with vegetable pasta. Both dishes were so tasty especially when accompanied by masala chai. We will be back again soon with more friends.”

“Had an excellent experience this morning at Tesco Osterley. Asked a member of staff on the shop floor - who looked really busy - about a particular toilet roll that wasn't out. He very politely replied he'd check after he'd finished what he was doing. I didn't expect him to come and find me while I continued shopping but he did - so grateful for his help especially when he was so busy!! Then at the checkout had another lovely member of staff. “I came in today (27th June 2023 ) for some lunch and I had the smashed avocado on sourdough and a latte. The ladies that attended me were very friendly and helpful and they made my latte exactly how I wanted with only half a shot of coffee and I didn’t want the extra chilly flakes lime or rocket.
