“My daughter had her ear lobes pierced today and the staff here made her feel so special. When we arrived Rose explained the process really well in a non-scary way, she was really friendly and so easy to chat to. Amy pierced my daughter’s ears and she was clam, patient and just lovely. We received lots of advice on cleaning the piercings and when we left my daughter was given a bravery certificate and stickers. I would definitely recommend and we will be coming back!”

“We went there to see "as December falls". I will be honest, I'm in my late 40's and went mainly to support my youngest (20). I can honestly say I really enjoyed myself, it had the vibe of a rock/metal gig venue from 25-30 years ago, everyone looking out for each other, but with a modern twist, a new generation following the old school values of doing their best to just love the music and doing all the can to help others enjoy it too. The other thing that struck me is the price of drinks, here in Surrey we are sadly used to being hammered by drink prices, and I fully expected the drinks to be on the he pricey side, especially as we were a captive audience, that had choice but pay the prices they charged. The date was the 15/08/2025 and 2 single vodkas with cranberry came to £11 (something). I have paid a lot more in places I have enjoy far less in the area. Finally, without going into detail, we had some additional needs, we needed a chair for the gig part, and honestly it was no trouble, we told one person at the bar, I didn't catch his name, but but the time we got into the gig part, all the staff knew, and were descreetly on hand if needed Thanks to all the staff at the fighting cocks, those at banquet records who ran the music part, and to As December Falls for a brilliant albeit hot and sticky night”

“I went to a garage, and they asked me more than 1k to change the timing belt. I went to Meite Autos and they asked me for half the price. They did a superb job and the owner showed me everything they changed and the condition the old components were. They are the best and I'll go to them forever. Thank you.”

“A little gem. Went here last night very friendly nice lady serving us we decided to have the Korean hot pot as we had never tried before and sounded really nice. We had to move tables as all are not equipped with heat for the hot pot but it wasn’t an issue. The food came quick and tasted absolutely delicious. On top of that it was pretty good value for money. A nice little place with nice staff and amazing food what more could you ask for. Will definitely be going back.”

“This is a nice neighbourhood salon with easy parking on the side road. I normally do my waxing in the City by work but decided to find somewhere closer to home. Bing did a great job with the bikini waxing and surprisingly, no swelling or sensitivity afterwards. I am a waxing snob and found her to be quick, friendly, thorough and professional. And the prices were very reasonable as well. Well recommended and will make her a monthly visit going forward. Adding one more service which I really like of hers which is her eyelash extensions I started getting them a few years ago and really like them she does a good job and understands what you need. I don’t like heavy lashes. I like wispy lashes so I got wispy lovely natural looking lashes. Highly recommend her !”

Good room, nice breakfast en lovely dinner in the restaurant as well as the cafeteria. Delicious lins soup. They still working on the hotel. They're making it nicer, if this is possible.”
