“We did the black taxi tour. Hands down the best part of our trip to London! Ollie is not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable—like, knew all the cool facts and hidden gems you’d never find on your own. Not to mention he is a pretty great photographer and you’ll get some awesome pictures along the trip. We got to see so many iconic sights up close and personal, and the whole experience felt really special. If you’re in London, this is a must-do! “Excellent tour thank you. This was our second tour with Tom and, as before, was really good. He kept us and the story moving on but at no point was it rushed and there was lots of time fif questions and just general chat. If you want a fun, interesting and informative tour of a part of London literally steeped in hundreds of years of history, then this is one for you! We will be back for another tour.”

“I e-mailed michael about a piece of jewellery in his shop. Said I was comming to london for the day and would like to view the piece. It was in the sale but the sale had ended that day but if i liked it he would Honour the sale price. I didn't get to meet him as he was out that day but i tried the jewellery piece on and didnt take it off again as it was perfect for me. I bought it and was so elated for the rest of the Day. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. I will return again when looking for another piece of jewellery. Hard to find such honourable people like michael in this day and age Gale”

“Hey there! I recently got my first tattoo with Label Tattoo, and it was an incredible experience. Marcelo was absolutely fantastic! As it was my first tattoo, he was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. He listened attentively to my ideas, brought his professional expertise to bear, and explained all the details that would make the tattoo come to life. Then, he set up an appointment and completed a full arm tattoo in just one day! I’m still in awe of his determination, speed, and incredible skills. I can’t stop admiring my tattoo! “Ashley is the best hairdresser I have ever had! I’ve had my hair done in all major high end salons in London; Milan, Dubai, Paris and in Qatar and she is the only hair that I have full confidence in. Everytime she does my hair I leave the salon feeling so happy! Everything is phenomenal, she has such a warm personality and she is extremely attentive. I love that she always takes the time to do a full comprehensive consultation before going ahead with the colouring and she takes the utmost care to prioritise the condition of my hair. I will always fly into London just so she can do my hair, she’s unmatched. Her creativity and how she can take on my hair is incredible! My hair is not easy to treat, it’s thick it’s curly it’s damaged and today when I attended the colour was patchy and mixed ( due to a previous hairdressers errors) it’s rare to find a hairdresser that you can trust! Most Instagram hairdressers are heavily marketed or photo shopped! Her work is genuine and you really do leave the salon with perfect results every time. As for the salon, the entire team welcomed me , the interior and location is stunning and April the owner was so friendly and helped when needed. Nothing was to much for anyone , I felt like you really get what you pay for here and you’re really in the hands of professional hairdressers that are experienced and know exactly what they are doing, The salon was so bright I loved the unique interior and all the details. The products were amazing! Premium quality and organic! Again the best treatments for hair and restoring the damage I had. Even the refreshments at the salon were premium! The coffee was speciality and tasted phenomenal’ ! I have to say I’ve had beauty treatments at places like harrods and their coffees don’t even compare to the ones you get here! I’m so thankful for Ashley and all the team at the salon , even when booking my appointment it was seamless! Looking forward to going back!”

“The 5 star reviews don't do this place justice. Had a nightmare of a trim before finding Chaplin's, booked in for the first time with these guys and I don't think I'll look back. Adam talked me through the haircut for a good few minutes before starting, explaining different varieties of the style whilst having a great chat about boxing and footie - honestly the best haircut & experience I've ever had. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. I'd thoroughly recommend Adam and Chaplin's, can't wait for my next trim!”

“Wonderful experience! It was the first time getting tattoo. I was excited but also little scared as well. Now I would say I didn’t have to be afraid because staffs were really helpful, kind, and professional. I showed him a picture and he made a final design reflecting as exactly as I wanted. Tattooing process has done quickly without losing the quality. They gave me thorough instructions about the after care and what’s gonna happen in a week. This tattoo means a lot to me and tattooing experience in this place was just amazing!! I would definitely choose this place again”
