“I e-mailed michael about a piece of jewellery in his shop. Said I was comming to london for the day and would like to view the piece. It was in the sale but the sale had ended that day but if i liked it he would Honour the sale price. I didn't get to meet him as he was out that day but i tried the jewellery piece on and didnt take it off again as it was perfect for me. I bought it and was so elated for the rest of the Day. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. I will return again when looking for another piece of jewellery. Hard to find such honourable people like michael in this day and age Gale”

“I had a great stay at Adagio Sutton. Great hotel equipped with contemporary facilities. Rooms are very cleaned , good breakfast and beds are extra comfortable. Location wise Sutton train station is in a stone’s throw away distance. There’s a train goes to central London in every two minutes. There are a bunch of nice bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Above all hotel staffs are very friendly & professional. Their customers service are second to none. I recommend this hotel & I had already made a reservation for next summer.”

I visited Bar + Block in Sutton and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jessie, who was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. Jessie anticipated our needs effortlessly and made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. She knew the menu inside out and gave spot on recommendations. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet genuinely personable, she really elevated the entire dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious, everything was cooked to perfection. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Jessie again.”

“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . “Mario is the best men's hairdresser in the area. He's a brilliant, chatty guy who if you ask will give you an opinion on what style would suit you, which is so rare for many men's hairdressers (who often shrug their shoulders and say it's up to me). He's used to run a shop full of others who now have moved on and all have their own shops, so you can tell he knows what he's doing! I always try to leave a big tip as I think he should charge a lot more than he does (£17.50) - but he never lets me! I used to live in Cheam, now I'm in Wallington but I always make my way to Cheam Salone to get my haircut!”

“Best bar in Sutton! Good selection of beer and a selection of craft beers in the fridge. The roast on a Sunday is definitely a winner with really good portion sizes at a great price. Aaron and the team are fantastic with lots of great recommendations for craft beers and always give amazing service. There is a space available to rent for free for hosting larger groups upstairs and a small selection of board games available to play. The pub is dog friendly and has a doggo station with water and treats!”

“This is by far the nicest Chinese I have ever eaten. We went for the buffet. The lady that served us also cooked some of the dishes and was so helpful in showing me everything that was gluten free on the menu. I was blown away with the amount of options I could choose from and she even cooked my dishes using gluten free soya sauce. I have never been so comfortable eating at a Chinese restaurant. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We will be back very soon.”
