“A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. “Sadly we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog yesterday. I found Mead Centre to be helpful, courteous and understanding during this sad time. The receptionist was nice and the Vet was brilliant and very sympathetic. She made my family feel included, gave us time with him both during and the after he went to sleep. “Came today for my 4year old sons potential allergy. Got there an hour before his appointment. Went in and was greeted by lovely smiley reception staff. (Obviously being early I expected to wait a very long time) sat down and within minutes my sons name was called to be weighed and measured, again the nurse who did this was lovely and chatty. We went and sat back down again, and minutes later were called by the dr! After seeing the dr we were told we’d need a blood test! I was told we could numb it and wait an hour or use the cold spray straight away, so off we go to have the blood test with cold spray! The 2 nurses doing it were again so lovely and explained everything that would happen. A bonus for my son was a sticker and toy! I’m so impressed with how everything went! We were in and out of the car park before his actual appointment time! I’m sure not every day runs as smoothly as it did this morning but I’d like to thank everyone as it was a fantastic experience!”

“I’ve been to Ask Italian Bluewater a few times now and have always enjoyed their consistent quality of Italian cuisine upon each visit. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, attentive, and helpful which inspires a calming atmosphere amidst the hustle and bustle of Bluewater shopping centre. The food is well made with clean tasting flavours and a healthy variety of options. I recommend the newly improved Lasagne Grande and, if you’re in need of a little spice, ask for some chilli infused olive oil to pour on top. I’ve been craving this ever since trying it a few days ago! Of course, you cannot go wrong with their tiramisu for dessert although all their desserts are uniquely Italian rather than generic in both their flavour and plating style. Overall there is something for everyone to enjoy and I highly recommend a visit!”

“Excellent shopping experience at River Island, store was extremely busy, but the staff were fantastic in keeping all the sale racks tidy, and all the sale items organised! River Island have really upped their menswear for this summer. I picked up really nice summer sets, and holiday outfits today at very reasonable prices. They had a huge variety of products, and had a wide range of options available in store. I managed to pick up a £38 formal quarter zip jumper for £12 on sale too, and there was a great amount of clothing on sale. Managed to pick up chino shorts for a tenner each. I really loved how River Island has improved their essentials too. The River Island Studio plain t-shirts are of high quality and fit very well. They feel very premium when you touch them and very comfortable to wear. There were plenty of suits on sale minimum 70% off, unfortunately, might size wasn’t in stock. The overall customer service was excellent, but if you come here on a weekday evening or something it’ll be much better as the store won’t be that overcrowded. Overall, I highly recommend River Island to you!”
