The bacon risotto is absolutely delicious and easily one of the best dishes on the menu - creamy, comforting, and full of flavour. The starters could be a little stronger, but everything else more than makes up for it. The service is friendly and unhurried, and the overall vibe feels authentically Italian. A lovely local gem that always makes you feel welcome.”

“Location is brilliant for training in London and surrounding area. The hotel is excellent and the staff could not do enough for you. It is closing down soon and it shows. As things have gone wrong in the rooms they have not had the money nor desire to fix the so bath Jacuzzis don't work, half the tvs are not working, even the safe in my room doesn't work. But I cannot fault the service and it's such a shame for these lovely staff that they will be made redundant. I wish them all the best for the future and hope they all find somewhere worthy of their service.”

“I am a senior citizen and I want to show my gratitude by thanking the cab driver who brought me from Nortth London to Gatwick Airport early Wednesday morning 10/12/25. Driver was on time, polite and very professional. His driving was excellent - did not speed. At the Airport, he went beyond the call of duty by helping me to look for (which took some time as there were no trollies close by - very unusual for a major Airport) bring, and helped me to load my luggage on the trolley. I was really pleasantly surprised and grateful for his service. Not many cab/uber drivers do that these days.”

Not knowing what to expect and being somewhat daunted by the appointment I was instantly put at ease by Dr Chakravorty, who was calm and warm and so kind. Sometimes I think we go to appointments and think it might be silly to do so but I was made to feel reassured that I wasn't wasting anyone's time and that I was absolutely doing the right thing to do. Dr Chakravorty and his lovely colleague, who's name regrettably I have forgotten, were so kind and explained all the different processes of the appointment clearly.
