My physiotherapist Anthony has been excellent. From day 1 he has explained everything clearly and precisely. His assessment and treatment of my issue has been exceptional. We emailed them on the Sunday and got a reply the morning of the monday and a same day appointment. All of the staff were very kind and efficient. I especially wanted to thank Pippa for her lovely service, she explained in detail the copper coil procedure and made me feel super safe all throughout. “I have been visiting Centred Health for many years, and would highly recommend Sia. She has treated me for lots of different issues from fertility, to back issues and even stress. Every treatment has resulted in a positive outcome. She is very insightful and manages to pinpoint the issue every time even when it may not be obvious. And the needles don’t hurt at all (for anyone who is anxious about this).”

“Used to use the Boots in The Whitgift. Which was a nightmare. I'd get texts telling me to pick up a prescription, arrive and get told "nothing for you", then another text. Rant over. Allcorn's is a totally different proposition. They rely on the locals. They are responsive. Never had a problem with them. Hence the five stars. So support a local business rather than an exercise in Private Equity.”

I have had an issue with a wisdom tooth and Dr Faisal ran me through exactly what the issue was, what could happen further down the line, and prescribed me what I needed to fix it. He was eager to help, which isn’t common in my experiences.”

“I have just had a knee replacement , carried out by Mr Sinah. The care I have received has been second to non. Anna, Jane and Elizabeth cared for me on the ward and nothing was too much trouble for them . Tris, my physiotherapist went through my exercises, explaining them clearly, giving me the confidence to do them . Mr Sinah was great, putting my mind at ease every step of the way. “Great staff, l remember when my baby got his BCG , it was a cold and rainy day but it ended up being a good day for my baby and l , the place was conducive for breastfeeding and relaxing and the staff were all so nice ,my baby was still a newborn and l was exhausted but that day my energy was boosted and made me more confident of going out and wanting to attend more class.”

“I have never written a google review before. However, I felt compelled to do so because of the exceptional service received by all the staff at Goddard Veterinary in New Addington. This is the first kitten I have had as an adult, and I wanted to give her the best start in life, so I visited 2 vets in my location. I could not believe how I was totally ignored at the first vet I visited. I thought if they could ignore a human, then I didn't know what they would do to my kitten. So I then visited Goddard Veterinary and was so happy how Marie spoke to me and explained everything to me. First impressions really do count! Since then, I registered my kitten, and she has attended there and is now an adult cat. She has been looked after so well. I would like to say a very big thank you to Marie, Liz, Helen, and Paulo for all their hard work and how kind, caring, and professional they have all been. I chose to write this review 22 months after having my first visit in order to give a true perspective of the service I have received so far. I would not hesitate for anyone to choose this vet to look after their pets.”

So far, so good. OP. I had to pickup a missed Amazon delivery at this venue. Collection was fast and efficient, and the pharmacy looks well-established as well as having fairly long opening hours, which is convenient.”

“I visited West Valley Hospital on 12/05/2023. My experience visiting was great. The team were very polite, friendly, reassuring and kept me informed throughout of my procedure and spoke me through step by step. I was given instructions and a map on how to find the hospital and was warmly welcomed by front desk staff, this put me at ease as i was feeling very anxious. I attended the hospital for steroid injections in my hand. Having suffered with arthritis after an injury two years ago. I was seen by Mr Rhee. He has been my consultant and has been fantastic. This procedure is not pleasant but Mr Rhee did his upmost to ensure I was kept informed, relaxed and comfortable and I knew every step of the procedure. A lovely lady named Salome held my hand and kept me calm throughout. Since having the injections I am finally pain free for the first time in two years and am able to do normal everyday tasks! Thank you Mr Rhee and to all the staff that were so warm, welcoming and kind on the day (Adreienne, Kamaljit Courtney and Salome) Great hospital, very clean and well kept, excellent staff and great patient care.”
