“I enjoyed a lovely lunch with a friend today at M Bar & Kitchen. I ordered the Club Sandwich (& chips!) and WOW! Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area. As it is located within a residential village, not many people realise it is actually open to the general public for brunch, lunch and dinner. (As someone who eats Gluten Free, my needs were catered for really well and I was reassured about the ingredients in the dish and the preparation process.)”

The Prawn Tempura was perfectly crispy and light, making it a delightful appetizer. For the main course, we enjoyed the Chicken Garlic and Peppers with Rice, which was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of garlic and spice. “Amazing food and atmosphere, happy people and all what you need . I don’t want to speak about the service I want to speak about the food. I tried already 3 times , the lamb chops amazing , the polo Milanese amazing but I have a request: bring back the fillet steak . I don’t like the ribeye steak so please do that but the rest is all good . Guys if you didn’t try yet I promise you is the best place to eat in Watford . If you don’t like contact me and I promise you I will pay for yours bill but I am sure you gonna love it . Enjoy !!!!!!”

“Visited today for my mums birthday - we booked last minute after a change of plans. We had 3 courses and every single one was delicious. Highly recommend the Sunday roast and the sticky toffee! The service was great - special thanks to the two young guys (I didn’t catch their names but a really young lad and the barman with plaits) for looking after us. We will be back!”

“We were 4 people and each had different meals, and we all agreed that the food was excellent, with a large menu. The portions were large, very tasty, and very good value for money. The food was all freshly made. The music was pleasant Indian music, at a reasonable volume. If you want a vegetarian/vegan restaurant, I highly recommend.”

“I really enjoyed everything about this place. They have different style rooms depending on where you prefer to eat. I ordered the goats cheese and beetroot as the starter which was fantastic. I got the side of the tomato beef ragu pasta which was amazing but exactly the right size for my small appetite that day - they also brought a whole bowl of Parmesan for me to help myself. For dessert I ordered the brownie and doughballs with Nutella which came with icecream. I personally was not a fan of the brownie or the ice cream I wish there had been the option to just have a bowl of the doughballs as I had seen in other reviews as these were amazing. The tables were quite close together and it was really quite loud. I hope they invest in some sound absorbing panels. I would recommend and will be coming back. I have been again since and the pasta was still fantastic. We also ordered the mushroom risotto however this was lacking a bit of flavour, the walnuts were a nice touch. I do have to say the staff are fantastic about making adaptions to meals to intolerances.”
