Our groups food intolerances were catered for extremely well & everyone enjoyed a delicious & plentiful afternoon tea. We had lovely fresh sandwiches, warm soft scones, not dry or crumbly & a large variety of delicious cakes all served in authentic crockery, a nice touch. Even our dog was welcomed just as much as we were. We had to take our leftovers home as we couldn't finish all of the delicious cakes, a welcomed treat later on. Thank you to Kelly & Eastbrookend tea rooms for a lovely afternoon tea. We'll be back & would recommend!”

“By far the best dentist. I called 111 due to my son having a sensitive tooth & in lots of pain. Got an emergency appointment and from the minute we arrived everyone was fantastic! The receptionist with blonde hair was such a lovely lady & very welcoming. All the staff were so attentive & made my son feel so relaxed. They gave us very good advice and reassurance why my son had pain.My son was so happy and even got a sticker too. Thankyou so much to all the team here. We will both be coming here as our dentist. Such a clean,stunning dentist was absolutely blown away”

“Delighted to see the new manager is a manger we recognised from a different shop. She was always so accommodating. Today was no different. Me and my daughter came in. I am in a wheel chair. My daughter could move me around freely. Every item was well displayed. The shop was clean and tidy. The customer service was spot on. We were served by the manager who really helped my daughter with her purchase. She was helping other customers at the same time but always made sure she checked back with us. We was also helped by another young lady who was very polite and very helpfull. Nothing was a problem. Thank you and we look forward to our next visit.”
