“I went into my first acupuncture session with an open mind and found the experience to be unexpectedly perceptive. George’s approach to diagnosis was thoughtful and touched on aspects that felt particularly relevant to me. The treatment itself left me feeling unusually calm and relaxed, which I hadn’t quite anticipated. For a first experience, it left a very positive impression, and I’ll be returning for a follow-up.”

    Women in Motion

    ★★★★★ 5

“I found Women in Motion early in my pregnancy when I was looking for a way to stay active safely, with someone who could guide me on what was and wasn’t suitable. What I found was so much more than just a sports group. Women in Motion gave me the chance to meet other pregnant women and mums to share experiences with, and to feel supported every step of the way. It has kept me feeling strong and healthy, physically and mentally, throughout pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. Jacqueline, Emma and Ronda are not only great trainers but also genuinely lovely people. The flexibility of the groups and classes has been a huge plus, and I was always able to bring my baby along whenever I needed to, which made all the difference. I’d recommend this to any woman, pregnant, mum or not, who enjoys being outdoors and wants to have a good time while moving her body. Thank you WIM!!”

“What a fantastic experience! I have learned SO much at Rugby last week. The professional teachers were amazing and approachable to this diverse group of participants of all ages, from all walks of life! I have now been playing for almost three years, after a 20-odd year hiatus, so extremely nervous to play in front of a 'live' audience. Thank you to Sam and Maciej for their warmth, dedication and encouragement! Excellent value for money. Highly recommend. Hope to be back soon.”

“What a fantastic holiday club, my kids absolutely loved it, the main thing is the staff are amazing really caring and thoughtful to every child. I asked the manager if I could watch a session and he couldn't have been more inviting, I was blown away with how organised everything was and every child had a smiles on their faces. I had no problem leaving all my 3 kids I have been to quite a few holiday clubs and this one is easily the best in the area. I strongly recommend funny feet if you need somewhere for the children, they will not only have a wonderful time with all the activities but also be in safe hand with the Incredible team behind Funny Feet.”

“The reduced cost therapy scheme at The Koan Practice helped me out in the most difficult period of my life and I was very happy to have support when I was in great difficulties, on a financial level as well as mental and so on. It was really good to see every week the same therapist to build trust, and I found that rather than a therapy we were co-creating the session, depending on what needed to be addressed. It took me few months to recover and I now feel much better and more confident. thanks so much”

“Dr Jerome Sebah is a fantastic and highly skilled dentist. I had a wisdom tooth removed that was a fairly complex procedure. Dr Jerome discussed potential solutions and ultimately found the smoothest way to go about removal. Removal was perfectly executed despite the complexity with minimal disruption to my life. Thank you”

“Our 7 year old daughter attended the British Alevi Federation’s summer SEN holiday camp and had such a positive experience. She was regulated and calm throughout, and we could see how happy and settled she felt in the environment. Camps like this are so rare, and in the past it has been a real struggle to find anything inclusive and supportive. As parents, it truly felt like a Godsend! We are so grateful to the team for organising it and for the care and thought that went into it. We will be booking for the October half term and truly hope this provision will always be available for SEN children. Heartfelt thanks for making such a difference.”

I haven’t been to the hairdressers in a few years, always struggled with feeling comfortable and being able to explain what I really want from the cut but all the staff at Fruittii are so welcoming and really helped me figure it all out. Mia is my hairstylist and she is amazing! I feel so confident after my cuts and always love having a chin wag with her. I can’t wait to get my hair dyed and go bold with her help! Big thanks to Mia and all the team x”
