“I found Women in Motion early in my pregnancy when I was looking for a way to stay active safely, with someone who could guide me on what was and wasn’t suitable. What I found was so much more than just a sports group. Women in Motion gave me the chance to meet other pregnant women and mums to share experiences with, and to feel supported every step of the way. It has kept me feeling strong and healthy, physically and mentally, throughout pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. Jacqueline, Emma and Ronda are not only great trainers but also genuinely lovely people. The flexibility of the groups and classes has been a huge plus, and I was always able to bring my baby along whenever I needed to, which made all the difference. “We had our humanist wedding ceremony at the Space (it is not licensed for legal weddings, we did this separately at a registry office). It's a lovely old building and worked really well for our ceremony. Theres a nice bar onsite and small outside area, partly covered which helped as it rained for some of the day. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hire rate is very reasonable. Thanks everyone!”
